Casa Amable: desert oasis with pool & views
Positioned on a wonderful desert hilltop you will enjoy great city & mountain views with a refreshing breeze. This is a private retreat to relax & enjoy. Go for a walk through the quiet neighborhood with mature desert landscapes all around. Take advantage of the full kitchen or get take-out from close by restaurants. If you enjoy golf, this is a nice launch point. No parties, no smoking. Solar, 30A car charger outlet. Relax by the pool & enjoy the stars. Pool is unheated. Wildlife visits daily!
The space
This space is not like your standard Air B&B- it is outfitted with love and quality furnishing to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. Some of the special features include:
Large LG 65" TV bought in 2021, fast internet, EV car charger, unheated pool, hot tub, custom mesquite dining table that seats 6, mature landscaping, and outdoor patio furniture.
We use unscented laundry detergent and no Glade Plug-In type devices are used in the home.
Guest access
Guests have full use of the property. There is no other renters or owners on site.
Other things to note
No parties at this home & no smoking.
We have a pool person that comes by weekly
We have a landscaper that comes once per month.
A dog does live here 3 months a year
Unheated pool
During winter months hot tub can take 4-8 hours to heat up. If nighttime temperatures fall below 55°, the hot tub won’t heat.
