About this property
4BR Maui Home | 3 Independent Suites, Deck + Views
Enjoy a unique and unforgettable Maui experience by reserving the entire Blue Door on Church Street — a spacious home nestled at the base of ʻĪao Valley in vibrant Wailuku town, centrally located to all of Maui's adventures. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property, including three private living spaces under one roof, front and back yards, tropical garden areas, an expansive deck with Haleakalā views, an infrared sauna, fruit from our lime and starfruit trees, and parking for up to four vehicles. Beach gear is included: three sets of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and plenty of towels.
Wailuku is where old Hawai‘i and modern Maui meet. Nestled below the lush West Maui Mountains, this historic town is full of life—art galleries, locally loved restaurants, boutiques, and cafés all within walking distance. After a long day of adventuring around the island, there’s nothing better than coming home, grabbing a bite from a local spot, and strolling through a neighborhood rich with culture, murals, and character. Once the heart of Maui’s plantation era and now home to a thriving creative scene, Wailuku offers a grounded, real experience of island life—far from the resort zones, but right in the center of everything.
Each suite has its own private entrance, bedroom(s), kitchen or bar area, bathroom, and full air conditioning — ideal for families or friends who want to stay together while maintaining personal space.
Villa 1 is located at the front of the home. Built in 1929, it retains its original vertical wood paneling and features high ceilings and abundant natural light. The living area includes a bar-style kitchen with a 7.5 cubic foot refrigerator, microwave, Instant Pot, blender, coffee maker, hot plate, kettle, cookware, and tableware. The bathroom includes a large bathtub and a separate rainfall shower. This suite also offers a private front yard, patio with rocking chairs, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and access to the on-site washer/dryer and infrared sauna.
Villa 2 is upstairs in the rear of the home. It includes two bedrooms, a living area, and a full kitchen with an oven, large refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, blender, coffee maker, hot plate, kettle, and cooking essentials. The bathroom has a double sink and a rainfall shower. The large private deck includes a dining table, lounge seating, a Weber grill, and sweeping Haleakalā views. This suite also has Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to the shared laundry and infrared sauna.
Villa 3 is located downstairs at the rear of the home. It includes a bedroom, a three-room living area, and a kitchenette with a 7 cubic foot refrigerator, sink, hot plate, microwave, blender, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. Outside is a private backyard with dining and lounge seating, and an electric grill.
