This Condo has split A/C, a dream large fully stocked Kitchen and dining area that seats 12. Lrg washer and dryer, Beach gear, chairs, towels and lrg Lanai for outdoor dining. All Bedrooms and living room have T.V's . The bathrooms have full body spray showers. A Printer and small desk for those who need to stay connected.

Excellent set of beach and pool supplies, making it easy to get to and enjoy the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear, we had no trouble making food at home. Host was very responsive to questions

The host was very helpful and the room was good. There were a couple of things that weren't great... No air conditioning in one of the upstairs rooms and the mattress in that room was in very bad shape. There were mechanical issues with the vehicle, but the owner was very helpful on working with us. There were tons of beach chairs and other beach items and lots of games. All in all a good stay.

We had some issues with our check in, but the host corrected the issue after a brief phone conversation. Also, the upstairs bedroom had several very uncomfortable beds. We resolved the problem for one ( a twin bed) by purchasing a new mattress at Costco. The condo is set up so that meals can be shared together. The kitchen table will accommodate 12 people, which was the primary reason for choosing to stay there.

Family getaway

Had a great Hawaiian getaway! Enjoyed the house and all it's amenities. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to the few hiccups we had during the stay.

This was an excellent place for the family to establish as the "base of operations" for our stay in Maui. The check-in process was easy, and Yolanda was great to work with. We were so grateful for items such as ice chests, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels. The Suburban was a great addition and a very convenient way to load the tribe up and move around! We will definitely stay here again.

This place was probably the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. The resort had a lot of amenities and the pool was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great VRBO

We had 10 people staying at VRBO- 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 4-10yr old. Everyone had plenty of room! Awesome they had beach chairs, sand toys, floaties if needed. Centrally located. Would definitely recommend staying in VRBO again.

Great place!

The hosts were absolutely fantastic. Super helpful and had great communication. The pool is very handy if you want to hang out there. Our kids loved it! Kihei is a great place to stay on Maui because it is near all the cool stuff. The beach was a short walk and the sunsets there were spectacular. We had a ball and it was a great place to stay for our family.

Great for large family

This worked well for our family. Even thought the condo is dated and old, there were many positives such as plenty of kitchen supplies like tupperware for leftovers, pots & pans, as well as toys for the kids and floaties for the pool and booster chairs and high chairs. The list goes on.

Perfect family spot!

Plenty of space for our family. The layout is perfect for gathering together with enough room so people can have privacy and quiet if they like. Access to the car with car seats for kids was a great bonus, and we made good use of the wagon, beach chairs and toys! Thanks for a great stay!

We were a group of 9 and the place was incredible. There was more than enough room for all of us and the use of the vehicle was a huge help for getting us around the island. Everyone enjoyed their time and loved the pool as well as the proximity to the beach. Highly recommend staying here

50th (plus one )anniversary trip

Really enjoyed our stay . The close proximity to the pool and a beach were wonderful.House was roomy enough for 8 of us, and very well equipped . It made the perfect base for our adventures. Hope to return soon.

We are thankful to God for blessing us with 9 wonderful children. We have homeschooled for 19 years. 3 have graduated.
We are self employed and fully certified in construction & concrete.
We love Jesus and it is our desire to follow and serve Him.

Why they chose this property

This property is very pretty. When this 1800 sq ft unit became available to us, we saw this as a wonderful opportunity for our large family. It is very hard for larger families to vacation because the units are often two small. As parents of 9, we see the need for large families to also be blessed with a down time with their children building fun memories in a home away from home. They to need a break away from everything. So we would love to bless them with this opportunity. It is know approximately 2000 sq ft

ere is so much misinformation even coming from the travel industry. We are NOT CLOSED. Lahaina is gone completely and we are grieving an unbearable loss; but IF WE LOSE OUR VISITORS••• we are not able to help our Ohana that have lost everything. If you usually stay on the west side, consider staying on the beautiful south side of Maui. ⚠️🛑
