Owner was very quick to respond to Emails. Home laid out nicely for 3 couples. Game room was a plus. Great Location! Close to fuel, groceries, pharmacy, liquor store & for us the SXS trails. Ample parking. When i booked i failed to ask if the pool was heated. It was not & too cold to use (late Jan.) Backyard was a nice place to chill & very private.

House smelt like Lysol upon arrival. There were a few things I wasn't expecting, like having to unload clean dishes from dishwasher in order to use the dishwasher. The dryer was running so we had to fold the previous people's towels in order to use. The oven mitts/hot pan holders were dirty with BBQ sauce on them from previous people..left in the drawer. The game room was extremely hot due to the dryer venting into the garage. The master bed had plenty of pillows but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The TV remote to the bunk bed room was not working correctly for my teenage son, so the TV was obsolete to us, which is a bummer because that was one of the reasons I booked this house. The house was extremely spacious and was perfect for my 8 month old to roam around! I would suggest bringing your own toilet paper, I think they had .5 ply stocked in the bathrooms, although I was able to find some better stuff in one of their closets, same goes for their paper towels...they felt like 1 store paper towels. The putting green in the back was riddled with leonara flowers and leaves. The pool was too cold for me but my husband got in it.The game room was pretty entertaining. Great location to amenities in town! The people were very prompt whenever we had something come up. It overall was an enjoyable stay minus having to do some chores.

Winters are spent riding side-by-sides through the desert, while summers mean days on Lake Martinez and the river—it's our favorite place to make memories together.
