My family and I had an amazing time during our stay. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and very spacious. The house is filled with the items you'd need for your stay; games. Laundry room, pots and pans and so much more. The owners were very accommodating and super sweet. Would definitely stay again.

Great family experience!

This house was great for housing our extended family while visiting for our niece and nephew’s graduation. The house was clean, the pool was great and the backyard was like our own oasis. I would highly recommend this Vrbo to other families.

Yuma pool house

The place was great! The location was very convenient as there were stores and restaurants just a short distance away. Freeway access was close as well, which made all of our trips easy.The pool was absolutely gorgeous, and was serviced 2 times a week by a local company. Very nice!

Great House & Area

This house is perfect for a vacation. Has a great layout and the back yard is beautiful. Its location couldn’t be better very close to everything you would need. Sergio the manager to call if you needed anything was great!! Gets back to you within few minutes. I wish however the pool was heated and had said on the ad that it wasn’t.Other than that no complaints at all.

The home and the yard are really nice, it is a great place for a group of friends or a family to enjoy the desert, unfortunately when we arrived we found the place very dirty. Two of us worked for several hours to make it acceptable to stay in. The manager promised to give us a refund, but it didn’t happen. If I knew it would be cleaned up and kept clean I would definitely recommend it to others!

We're truly sorry that the cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations upon your arrival.- Our property has consistently received excellent reviews, but we recently encountered an issue with a new cleaner assigned in January. That individual is no longer employed, and our cleaning service has now placed their most detailed team member on our home moving forward.- We appreciate your patience regarding the refund. A $300 adjustment has been processed as an acknowledgment of the inconvenience.- Ensuring a clean and welcoming stay is a top priority for us, and we are confident that our updated cleaning team will maintain the high standards we expect.We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

1) the pool is FREEZING!!!!!!! Please don’t be fooled by false advertising! We booked because of the pool and were NOT able to get in during the 7 days we were there 2) VRBO is NOT the actual rental agency, it is EVOLVE who will have NO contact with you! 3) house isn’t clean. 4) internet password isn’t correct 5) checkout time is different in guest book than internet listing. 6) we had a stranger show up unannounced 2 times to clean the pool that we couldn’t use. 7) unable to leave a review on EVOLVE
