If you noticed in the description downtown was 3.5 miles away, however the Bywater neighborhood is only blocks away with lots of neighborhood restaurants and bars which was note in the Gambit newspaper I left in the home.

We’ve stayed at many places in New Orleans but this was one of the best. The house was in perfect condition and it was so much more spacious than the photos represented. We appreciated the beautiful floors, the washer and dryer, and the comfortable beds. The host was easy to reach and the location worked well for us. I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved the place, it was sparkling clean, and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we planned. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze. The only negatives were there was no cutting board but we improvised and used paper plates to save the beautiful counter tops and a small chest of drawers or dresser would have been nice in the two smaller bedrooms (which were large rooms). The master was huge! The large closet had all the storage anyone would need. The outdoor space was comfortable and the plants were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out there after a long day of enjoying the city.

Family first visit to NOLA--great place to stay!

Our daughter wanted to visit New Orleans without the focus being on the French Quarter nighttime craziness. This was just the right distance from the city for us to take in all the food and fun. The place was great.

Beautiful home that was recently remodeled. Came with lots of space, plenty of kitchenware, and covered parking on property. A great choice if you're looking to spend lots of time in the French Quarter with an Uber ride just 10-15 minutes away. Delores was fantastic and made sure that we had everything we needed!
