We had a nice stay for jazz fest. McKinley is very responsive and accommodating. We had an issue with the sink disposal and he was able to promptly fix it. The house is nice and well kept, beds are comfy. Location is good. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide more toilet paper and soap for guests who are there for longer stays such as we were. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Great house. Extremely clean & well maintained. Great communication from owner. Very small driveway (hard to get a full sized truck into). A bit noisy at night bc you're on a main road. But, very close to some great places to see.

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately that’s the uniqueness about New Orleans, if your place is close to all the good places it’s going to be lil busy and a lil noisy. As far as the parking goes, in New Orleans most houses have no off street parking and you will have to park on the street. Again thanks for your stay.

Chose this rental based on its location because we were attending a workshop in the TEP Center across the street. House is newly constructed, so airy and spacious, very clean with all new appliances & finishes. Only complaints were street noise (we are light sleepers), the beds were too high to our liking and sheets and pillows were on the cheap side. However the pros outweighed the cons for us given the convenient location for our stay.

Clean property. Easy parking. Near busy road but wasn't noticeable inside the home. Nice fenced area. Lower 9th gets a bad rap. I mean it is like anywhere else. Some areas probably aren't as safe as others but we had zero issues and the house had a security system that made us feel safe as well.
