Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. I’m very glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment. After your departure, the air conditioning was checked and it is working properly with the normal sound expected from a central AC system. If there had been any concern during your stay, we would have been happy to check it immediately if notified. Regarding the pool, the condominium actually has two pools shared between the two towers, both connected through the oceanfront patio area with direct beach access. Guests are welcome to use either of them. During high season the building can be lively, but the pool area is supervised and maintained within the allowed capacity to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. We truly appreciate your comments and you are always welcome back anytime. Best Regards: Roberto

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo was immaculate with stunning penthouse views from the balcony — truly breathtaking. Beach access was ideal, and the entire property was clean, safe, and well-lit. Parking was easy, and Uber access was a breeze. The location was great too — accessible to so many things to do without all the craziness of Miami. Roberto, our host, was excellent with communication from start to finish. There isn’t a single thing I would change. We’ll most definitely rent from him again! Thank you for being a great host.
