About this property
Spectacular Buckleberry View Hot Tub Fireplace Jacuzzi
This unique space is a walk-out apartment attached to our newly built home. It is set on a working family farm in beautiful Penns Valley. We raise 100% grass fed beef along with some chickens and pigs. We use sustainable farming practices, and are invested in renewable solar and geothermal sources. The breathtaking view is the reason our lovely modern home sits on its southernly exposed hill - inviting plenty of natural light! We offer comfort, solitude & relaxation as well as activity and fun.
My place is located in Penns Valley, a sprawling, rural community 30 minutes from State College. Small towns dot the map along route 45 also called Penns Valley Pike. One can enjoy delicious pizza at Brothers, diner fare at Brody's, outstanding craft beers and locally-sourced foods at The Elk Creek along with innovative, deliciously mixed drinks and homemade wines at Pisanos. There is great hiking and adventure to be found in Bald Eagle State Park and Poe Valley and for world-class trout fishing one finds Penns Creek.

What makes this property unique
Our space is bright and open with high ceilings and large windows. Here, it's all about the view. It's new, clean and simple. Not much clutter. The fireplace, the tones, the radiant floor heating bring that cozy feeling we all long for
Our space is the downstairs of our home. It has a separate, private access. There is a lock box and guests will have their own key. We built with the goal of deadening noise however, while muffled, there is some noise transfer.
