Mansion Beach- October to May Available!
This property consists of a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, a 2 bedroom 1 bath guest cottage, and a bunk house. It has a large yard and is a short walk to the best beach on the island! All
buildings have central air conditioning and are fully winterized for off season use. Sheets and towels are at the house, guests must wash/drying them prior to check out. Sleeps up to 15.
There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 washer/dryers, outdoor furniture, 2 gas grills, and a large yard for entertaining.
The location is top notch as you can hear the waves from the beach at night, Andy's Way is within a 1/2 mile, and you can walk to the North Light House. Town is a few minutes drive away.
What makes this beach property wonderful is that it is only a 1/4 mile walk to sandy and beautiful Mansion Beach. There is no need to pack up for the entire day, family and friends can go back and forth to the beach to ensure that everyone has a laid back and enjoyable vacation.
We kindly request that all guests purchase rental insurance so that you are covered in case of a weather, family or medical emergency. Due to the popularity of this property, we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
We recommend that you make your car reservation as soon as possible after booking. Interstate Navigation's number is 401-783-4613.

The property has been in my family since 1760! I grew up staying with my Grandparents on the compound, walking to the beach, picking berries and apples on the property and playing yard games in the large yard. The property has been host to generations of families, has been the setting for weddings, retreats, celebrations of life, and reunions.
When my husband and I purchased the property in 2017, it was the first time that it had EVER been sold!
