Cozy, air-conditioned cabin near the lake! Houghton Lake and Sullivan Beach are waiting for you near this cozy little cabin. This 1-bedroom retreat features a full bed, perfect for a nice getaway. With amenities like AC, heating, and a hair dryer, guests can relax and unwind. An additional office space with a full bed and a twin bed provides extra room for guests. Enjoy all that Prudenville has to offer when you stay at our place. Sullivan Beach, Trestle Park, Dairy Queen, Kiss Me Coffee, public boat launch are all within walking distance!

Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 4 guests. All guests on the property must be listed on the reservation (no unregistered visitors).

Our home is curated primarily as a quiet retreat for adults. Because the interior is not child-proofed and the property is close to the lake, it is not suitable or safe for children or toddlers.

For beach access, public swimming, and water fun, Sullivan Beach is just a short 5-minute walk from the property! Please note that the docks at the end of the road are privately owned and strictly off-limits to guests.

For your safety and to respect our neighbors, lake access from our road is limited exclusively to viewing the lake at the road's end.

The front of the furnace gets HOT; do not touch. DO NOT unplug the furnace or the well pump.
