Nestled on the West side of Denver, this delightful house offers a cozy, central retreat for guests. The shotgun studio style brick house was built in 1908. Originally a barber shop, the house was professionally re-designed for short term rentals with entertaining in mind. With 2 queen beds, and seating for 6 at the table, this awesome property is perfect for one or two guests who want to host friends and family.
Enjoy the convenience of being one mile from Empower Field and Meow Wolf, a ten minute walk to the light rail station, a ten minute drive to the Cherry Creek shopping district, and a 45 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Summit County Ski Resorts are a day trip at just 60 miles away, with Eldora (30 miles) and Loveland (45 miles) being even closer.
There is a patio and fenced back yard, along with off-street parking and a studio space that can be used for storage.
