Really wonderful stay for a group of friends and I attending a 2 night show at the Hampton coliseum. House was spacious and had plenty of space for group hanging. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back patio, and wished it was warm enough to use the pool. The canal in the back added a unique touch. Would stay again!

The house is spacious and decently appointed with furniture. Fun game room. However we rented this place for the pool and it was filled with debris and had very cloudy and suspicious water. Ice maker was not working and we did not realize until late at night that there was no ice. Dishwasher seemed dismantled w shelves and racks out of place. No bath or dish soap. Inside was clean(except for coffee pot). Outside needed sweeping and cleaning. I contacted host about pool right away. He was at first dismissive (“ I can’t control nasty people ; we put chemicals in”.,,) but later was responsive and reasonable about a refund. I think this is a situation where better help ( cleaners, pool maintenance) is needed!

We always book a vacation house during Thanksgiving. This year we decided to stay more local. House was exactly as described online and very clean. The game room was a hit. Backyard was beautiful and very relaxing for some morning coffee. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and having a TV in the kitchen area was very helpful during prepping and cooking . Host offered to provide more pots if needed since I was cooking a bigger dinner than usual. Overall we had a very good experience. Thank you for having us.

It was a good landing spot after homecoming activities. Great space and plenty of room. Great looking renovations. Quiet neighborhood. Signs said no shoes throughout house, but floor wasn't barefoot or sock clean. Everything else was clean. The other issue which the host said would be addressed after our stay were the missing or broken blinds in the primary room and en suite. They will be fixed after our stay. Thankfully only two of us came and we didn't use the primary and put a garbage bag over the en suite window.

The house was really clean smelt good and there wasn't trash laying around. The va books were really helpful on to finding places and activities. Thank you for letting my family stay at your house!!!

The location and layout of the home was perfect for our needs. We did not receive code through VRBO on the app but received communication quickly. Unfortunately the cleaning crew did not do a thorough inspection of the property prior to our stay. The coffee maker had an old filter left behind that completely molded and was not able to be removed. The refrigerator was not wiped out and had yellow sticky liquid in two of the door sections. The dishwasher had standing water with mold in several locations. Unusable dishwasher. There were two grills not clean and the charcoal grill had a sausage link left behind. No hot water in kitchen. I was definitely disappointed in not having the use of these items and made us change how we planned meals. Backyard is quiet and beautiful.
