Good value for the money.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was nice and closely located to the shops of Kona. The common areas of the building could be nicer. Structural construction in the garage and the pool being out of service was unfortunate. Over all it was a decent value and the apartment itself was in good condition.

The location was fine, however the unit was not very well stock in the kitchen. The washer and dryer looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in the last few years... Could not even attempt to use it...
