About the host
Hosted by Justin Betz
I’m originally from Buffalo New York and moved to NC in 1998. I enjoy spending time with my daughters! Local Festivals, antique shops, and museums are my favorite things to do! Which is why I enjoy being a host as I’m able to help in a hurry! My 1st job at 13 years old was in my family’s restaurant. My uncle always told me “they’re not customers-These are our guests”. I remembered that throughout my life and careers. Currently, I’m a healthcare agent and I work from home so being a host was a no-brainer for me!
Why they chose this property
I enjoy that I’m centrally located close to everything however private and gated. I could get up in the morning and take a walk down to the Nuese river with my dog and in the afternoon ride my bike across the street to pick up a few groceries later in the evening. I may decide to take an Uber to our downtown which is five minutes away! There’s always a festival or some type of event going and so many different attractions close by that it’s just really convenient to live here most of all it’s safe it has that small town feel!
What makes this property unique
When you arrive there is a private parking spot alongside the garage. When you walk along the back, you will see the stairs entering into your private getaway! You’ll notice the wooded area makes you feel like you’re in the mountains! Even even though there’s a main road behind it! Plenty of areas to enjoy on the properties such as athere is a private parking spot alongside the garage. When you walk along the back, you will see the stairs entering into your private getaway! Walking distance from the river with private access so if you enjoy mountain biking or walking or even running, you’ll love this neighborhood! There’s plenty of little lakes and ponds in the neighborhood and again it’s centrally located most of my guests love the fact that they feel that they’re on a vacation even if they’re just stopping through for the night!
