We are delighted to present this cozy, centrally located bungalow! 5-8 minutes to I-440, shopping, Wakemed, downtown business and entertainment and Walnut Creek and Red Hat. Relax with secure fenced private backyard, office space, high-speed internet access(500 Mbps). Located off of a main road, it's not in a walkable neighborhood. Convenient access for those going to visit NC State , going to a concert, or in town for business or extended work. Extended stays are welcome! This is a mixed income neighborhood. If you're not comfortable with that, please do not book. Very socioeconomically, culturally, diverse area in the heart of Raleigh.

Cute downtown house

Stayed two nights. Location very convenient to downtown and the perfect size for my friend and I to have a girls weekend. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Only complaint was a lot of traffic noise on Saturday night given the location on a busy street.

Quick Business Trip

This house was comfortable, and the location was a little scary because the home sits on the corner near a busy street. However, the area was still phenomenal as I was close to everything. It has a closed-in backyard, so it was easy for my daughter to go play while I worked. I will rent this one again

Cozy and Comfy

PM was very communicative.Easy access to get into the house. Bed was comfortable, water was hot. We weren’t there much of the time, but all items needed for a long stay were available. Easy access to downtown. We walked and took about 25 minutes, easy sidewalk to walk on. Truly did love the old characters of the house.

Great house

Thank you for wonderful communication and the house was set up so well. The house was stocked in the kitchen and bathroom. The dead were perfect! Better than expected!! The neighborhood is not the best however we felt safe and secure.

Cute house with a fenced in yard

The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of four (including our dog - who loved the fenced back yard)! LeJon was be try prompt and thorough in all his communication! The house is very close to downtown. The one draw back, however, is that it is on a very busy road with adjacent, neglected properties.

Schönes Haus, Lage unschön

Nice house, great amount of space, everything you need. The house is located in a rather problematic area, though. With a small child, we did not always feel comfortable. There's a abandoned house in the direct neighborhood where addicts and homeless people meet. In general, the rooms were tidy and clean, but the kitchen could use a thorough cleaning. We tried to wash up everything we used before.

Raleigh Stay

Easy communication w owner. Some issues w the storm, out of anyone’s control. Inside of the home was fine. Enough space. Newer furnishings. Great Keurig machine w pods! The digital door lock was easy to figure out & operate. The outside of the property was unkempt. Overgrown grass. Untrimmed vines in the back. Home next door was boarded up. Noisy street. Lots of people walking to and from the nearby liquor store. Not an an ideal location
