Geraldine was such a wonderful host! I was a little worried about booking during the hottest weekend of the summer, but she went above and beyond to make sure the tiny home was cool and comfortable by having the AC running before we arrived. The space itself was super charming, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. We also loved the location, just a short walk to Old Place, Cornell Winery, Peter Strauss Ranch, and the Rock Store. It made our stay easy, relaxing, and memorable.

What makes this property unique

The tiny house sits on 5 peaceful acres alongside several other unique Airbnb spaces. While the tiny house and deck are private, we ask guests to stay within the areas designated for your stay to ensure privacy for everyone on the property.

We occasionally have well-behaved rescue dogs at the main house; they may bark if visitors approach unexpectedly, so please use pedestrian paths when walking to the meadow or exploring nearby outdoor seating areas.

Our rescue horse and burro live in the meadow below, you’re welcome to admire them from the fence line or while walking by, but please do not enter their enclosure unless invited.

Nature is part of the experience here. You may see peacocks, hummingbirds, hawks, owls, and other wildlife around the property. Their presence adds to the atmosphere, but we ask that you do not feed wildlife, and keep doors closed to avoid curious visitors.

This is a peaceful sanctuary with long-term tenants who value quiet evenings.
Late-night arrivals aren’t ideal as the property can be tricky to navigate in the dark and we genuinely worry about guests finding their way.
