Palm Springs condo, walking distance to town! Newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Ground level with no stairs. Two bedrooms; one a master suite, and both with their own bathroom.
Very easy/close access to the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. Both bedrooms with queen size beds, plus a pull out bed in the master bedroom that serves as a couch. An additional single portable bed that’s tucked away in a closet. Fully furnished with everything including sheets and towels. Move in ready! Carpet in bedrooms and tile floors elsewhere. Easy to maintain. Living room with a flat screen TV with internet. Dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, In an open floor plan. There is also a patio adjacent to the master suite and the living room that’s a nice place for outside dining. That table also seats 4. Kitchen table seats 4. Racquet ball court as well as tennis/pickle ball on the second level. Quiet community and friendly neighbors.

Fabulous Perfect Near Everything Thanks Marie

Marie is the best, She cares, lovely women who wants you to have the perfect vacation. The home is Fabulous, Clean airy bright closet space great walk in showers. My Mom is 85 and has a walker very easy for her to get around, the pool is close by I even got Mom in there to do walking. It was great. Near to downtown Palm Spring real close to the Convention Center. Five Stars is not enough This place is a TEN.

The condo is very comfortable and clean. It is fully supplied wth linens, towels and spa towels, kitchen needs, cleaning supplies etc. We loved the convenience of the location just walk out the door and there is the heated pool and spa. Walking distance to Shopping, restaurants, casino, movie theater, museum , gym and much more. The owners are very welcoming and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Best Location in Palm Springs!!

You cannot beat this location in Palm Springs! You are 1/2 mile to the two main avenues with tons of shopping and amenities. Extremely close to a movie complex, great coffee shop and superb access to a large grocery store, Highway 111 and the airport is very accessible. The unit itself - you could walk out from the living area to a covered patio and had direct access to the hot tub and pool. The kitchen utensils, dishes, etc., were well stocked. The two bedrooms are apart and each room has its own bath. I had company during my time and it was very private. Conveniently located all on one level and the parking is covered and not far from the door. I enjoyed my time in this home and when I go back again, I will not hesitate to stay there. The owner was great about providing the information I needed and getting back to me if I had questions. Highly recommend!!!

We live in Los Angeles and have this as a vacation retreat. Retired, I used to work in the entertainment industry as a costume supervisor. My husband is also retired and was a publicist, sales broker for seafood, credit services, just to name a few. We have two adult children that also reside in the Los Angeles area. We were recently blessed with our first grandchild, and excited to show him the wonders of the desert and beautiful Palm Springs!

Why they chose this property

If you want a hassle free place close to town, this is your vacation. So easy to get around without a car (if need be). Very close to the spa and pool. Quiet. Great neighbors.
Five minutes from Palm Springs International Airport.

What makes this property unique

If you want to get into the jacuzzi with your sundown cocktail, it's right outside our patio door!
The pool is also so close if you're ready to do some laps, or just get on a lounge chair and catch some sunshine. If you forgot something, the condo is steps away and very convenient to grab a drink or whatever your need.
