1 BDRM PRESIDENTIAL SUITE TOWER 6



This is a one bedroom/one bathroom luxury presidential suite in Tower 6. The suite has a king bed with Sealy pillow top mattress in the master bedroom with an en suite jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. It also has a sofa sleeper so it will accommodate up to 4 people. This is the luxury suite, not the deluxe.

RATES: Vary by season (Prime, High, Value) and by day of the week (Fri and Sat are almost twice as expensive as Sun -Thur).

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don't work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

Because of Wyndham's reservation requirements, not all check in/check out dates are available. Although we try to keep the calendar updated daily, the calendar is NOT always ACCURATE.


CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee of $150. This is purchased directly through me and will allow cancellation up to the day of check in for any reason with 100% refund. This must be purchased 16 days or more before check in. It is not available after that time.

CHILDREN AMENITIES: The resort has pak n plays and high chairs. Just ask when you check in. They will have housekeeping bring them to your condo. They do not reserve them in advance.

Georous and restful

We had an anazing time in this VIP Suite. Beautiful place, beautiful views as well as clean and spacious. We even had a nightly view of Illuminations! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing!!

We found our new favorite Orlando resort! Our 1 bedroom Presidential Suite was gorgeous, spacious and clean. And what a gorgeous view! The grounds were well maintained and there is so much to do. The restaurants are fantastic and the short drive to the parks and Disney Springs just made the trip perfect. Catherine is amazing and was very thorough with our booking / communication. Can't wait to book another trip!

Amazing Accommodations in the heart of Walt Disney World!

We arrived on Saturday, and we were allowed to check in a little earlier than the planned time of 4pm. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff that helped us with our bags and showed us right to our room. The room was AMAZING to say the least. Everything was clean and well kept up. The kitchen was nicely equipped with enough to make a meal or meals and even entertain a few friends as we did, for dinner. The sleeper-sofa, which was a queen pullout was great for our 9 year daughter. The master bedroom was spacious with a king sized bed. The bathroom was huge and sectioned into two parts, so that you can be getting ready in one section, while others were still taking a shower in the other section. The pools were really nice, the slide and the lazy river were a big hit with us and our daughter. There was so much to do on the property, it is a vacation in itself. Beside the pools, there are nightly activities, miniature golf, shuffle board, out door grills between every tower. You could spend all week just relaxing poolside and feel well rested. As for the main attractions, you are about 1 mile from Downtown Disney and Magic Kingdom is the furthest at 3 miles. Being this close allowed us to hit the parks early, spend the day, come home eat something for dinner, without paying high park food prices and then go back in for the evening fun. If you are looking to stay at Disney without paying Disney prices and have the absolute best in accommodations than this is the place for you. WE LOVED IT and highly recommend it.

Very comfortable with beautiful views!

The property is well maintained and clean. There was soap in the bathrooms as well as in the kitchen and plenty of towels. The view was beautiful! We were very comfortable! It had everything we needed as well as we could call the phone number they left if we needed anything else.

Disney Escape

Property is perfect for those wanting more than your average hotel room in Orlando. Property was exactly as seen in online photos absolutely beautiful. My wife and 4 yr old son stayed while visiting Disney. Would definitely repeat.

First Time Booking VRBO

This is such an excellent room! My husband and I loved it! A bit opulent for our tastes, but still very comfortable. Everything was very close by, loved how convenient it was to both Disney and Universal, especially Disney. Can't say too many good things about this resort. The agent we booked through was very nice, knowledgeable, and answered our questions 99% of the time within 24 hours (via email.) I would highly recommend this room via this agent listing. :)

Bonnet Creek - First Class

We just got back from a stay in the 1 Bedroom Presidential Suite and the room, service and amenities were first class. We booked our room through Cathy Jensen and the entire booking and payment process was smooth and user friendly. Cathy was extremely prompt in answering questions and returning voicemails and email. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the parks and other local attractions. I would highly recommend this resort for families with young children (our kids are 6 and 5 years of age) staying for 5+ days as it is ideal with the full kitchen (glasses, cookware, silverware, coffee maker, full fridge, dishwasher), dining table, in room washer and dryer. The room is well appointed and clean as well. We will definitely be back to visit this resort and will be sure to book through Cathy Jensen!

Why they chose this property

This is as close to the Disney World parks as many of Disney's own resorts. But the plus side is that this is a destination itself. You could stay here all week and have a wonderful time without leaving the property. Many of our guest do just that. And a lot more come back a second time because they did not get to enjoy the resort as much as they wanted.

What makes this property unique

Less than 3 miles to any Disney park. Fully stocked kitchens, washer and dryer in each unit, beautiful views! This is just this side of paradise.
