A great stay near the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the pool. The condo looks just like the pictures on line - clean and neat. We felt very comfortable. Our hostess was quick to respond whenever we communicated.

Wonderful March 2021

This condo is just as clean & beautiful as it looks in the pictures. And the views are remarkable at all times of the day, but especially at sunset. And expect a visit from a local dolphin when sitting by the pool. The kitchen was well-stocked and Erica was very responsive to our needs. I strongly recommend this unit.

Beautiful condo in amazing location

The lovely condo is located beautifully, with an amazing view of Delnor Wiggins State Park and the ocean, the beach is comfortably within walking distance. Beautifully furnished, clean and well taken care of, we immediately felt at home at the condo. The owner was very friendly, email contact was always caring and reliable. Sitting on the balcony and at the pool, I just loved watching all the wildlife, the birds and the dolphins. We are looking forward to coming again. A heartfelt thank you!

Great Vanderbilt Beach location

We spent 7 weeks at this property and were very happy with the location, the condo, the owner and the property manager. The owner is very responsive and if sometime was wrong, fixed it right away. She bought new lanai furniture and a new washer/dryer unit. She also bought a beach cart, which was great for the 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach is conveniently located and beautiful! The condo has everything you need. You have a dedicated parking spot. We will definitely be back.

Tranquility Plus

The property location is perfect for quick beach access (5 minute walk) and privacy. Located behind Delnor-Wiggins State Park, our location afforded us terrific views of nature and sunsets. We had access to shops, stores, farmer's markets and great restaurants just a few minutes away. Our Host (Erica) was VERY responsive when we had questions and the unit is bright, clean, and stocked with everything you would need for a long-term stay. Our November was Awesome!

Stunning views from this lovely apt. Overlooks Delnor-Wiggins State Park. Short walk to beach.

We were delighted to spend a month in this lovely apt. As an avid bird watcher, I thoroughly enjoyed the nature preserve right outside our windows. The location overlooks views of the gulf and is a short walk to the beach. The pool is large and heated. My husband enjoyed swimming his laps with no interruptions/crowds. The location was perfectly located for restaurants, grocery, shops, pharmacy within 1-2 miles. We explored various local sights: Naples Botanical Gardens, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Corkscrew Swamp and Sanctuary, Tin City, 5th Ave. shops and restaurants, and several art and craft fairs. We’re back in Michigan and missing our FL retreat.
