We are located immediately adjacent to Hideaway & Confluence Parks - the location of the FREE sledding hill (& warming fires) in the winter and an amazing playground, including a climbing wall and skateboard park in the summer. The iconic Winter Park Music Festivals are held just across the street from our end unit!

This luxury townhome in the Sawmill Station development, located about 1.5 hours from the heart of downtown Denver is so well maintained that you would think it was brand new. The map in the pictures shows that the townhome is excellently located in downtown Winter Park, Colorado, only 1 block from restaurants & shopping. It is an end unit with plenty of light located immediately adjacent to Hideaway Park & Confluence Park, Vasquez Creek and the Fraser River hiking and biking trail. Just steps away is a great children's sledding hill, snowshoeing and cross country skiing in Arapaho National Forest.

This is the perfect mountain getaway! Winter Park is located at an elevation of 9,200 feet (2,804 meters) above sea level in the Fraser River Valley and is the gateway to Grand County, Colorado (including Rocky Mountain National Park). The Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are just a five minute FREE shuttle bus ride away, and the bus will drop you off or pick you up just outside our front door! (The resorts average nearly 350 inches (889 cm) of snow a year ... one of the snowiest locations in Colorado!). There is so much to do in the summer, including golfing at the 27 hole Pole Creek Country Club, fly fishing, hiking, biking, skateboarding, horseback riding, while also enjoying the numerous music festivals. The townhome is a cozy, peaceful place to relax and enjoy this summer and winter haven, with its own private hot tub and one car heated parking garage. There are activities for everyone!

The FREE bus (The Lift) to the Winter Park & Mary Jane Ski Resorts stops right outside our front door! You can ski all day, take the bus 'home' to the beautiful townhome, walk to one of the many fine restaurants in downtown Winter Park for a great meal, and them cap off the evening by relaxing in the private hot tub!

It is a smoke free, pet free townhome. It is cleaned with environmentally friendly, non-toxic, green cleaning products including a hospital grade disinfectant throughout that are completely safe for you, your children, and your friends. It is also equipped with a 42" high definition LED TV with streaming services. In addition, there are LCD TV's in two bedroom and free wireless internet service! The kitchen is fully stocked with new upgraded kitchen appliances.

Please note that:
1. As this is a 3 story townhome, it is not ADA compliant.
2. No firearms are allowed.
3. All minors MUST be accompanied by a supervising adult when using the hot tub.

Upon checkout, set the Garage thermostat to 50 degrees and set all other thermostats to 55 degrees.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cancellation Policy:Currently 'Moderate' due to COVID-19. Otherwise payment minus $50 handling fee refunded only if the property is rebooked and used.

Family ski trip

This condo was the perfect lovation for our family ski trip! The shuttle to winter park reaort pucks up just steps from the front door, rooms were spacioys and comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped with all of the necessities, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of skiing.

Cozy condo near town

Enough space to sleep two families with kids comfortably, great hot tub, convenient location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinners, lunches and breakfasts.

Great getaway

We stayed to ski and wondered if we should have stayed right in Winter Park Village or near the downtown. We had a great day, and preferred being right downtown for restaurants and etc.The host was very responsive, and the house had everything we needed.The red line bus to Winter Park drop off spot is just outside the door.

Winter Park Weekend

This was probably one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. The host was excellent. She had great communication and she thought of anything a guest may need. It was clean, very well equipped, and in a perfect location. If you’re skiing, the free lift to the mountain is literally steps from the front door and there is so much to do in town within walking distance of the condo. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Winter Park.

We took a ski trip over Christmas break with our 2 kids (who each brought a friend). The property was very spacious and worked perfect for our family. It was very clean, in a great location, and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub! We felt right at home! The hosts were great!

Underestimated the distance from the VRBO to Winter Park Gondola. Shuttle bus to and from VRBO site has multiple stops before dropping off at ski area. The condo was well stocked with everything to meet our needs. Having private hot tub was very nice.

Great condo

The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a family ski trip to Winter Park. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and easy to access the resort. We did not take advantage of the shuttle because the free parking in lot G and shuttle access there seemed a bit faster. The hot tub was key for soothing sore muscles and hanging with my kids in the evenings.

Sweet spot in Downtown Winterpark

We slept 6 adults comfortably and there was plenty of privacy with 3 full baths and powder room. Quaint and comfortable townhome in convenient central location close to all shops and restaurants. Easy access to ski shuttle made mornings leisurely. Lovely property!

Excellent winter home

We had a great experience in winter park from this luxury townhome. Walking location to the restaurants in winter park and to ski shuttles. Home amenities worked excellently, we especially utilized the kitchen and hot tub features!

Only downside is that the last run from the ski resort for the Red bus line, that is near the unit, is at 4:37 pm. No problem with the unit though.

Excellent, convenient stay

This townhouse is in a perfect location - set back from the main, busy road, and right next to a free shuttle stop to the resort that comes every 30 minutes. It was cozy and comfortable for our group of 6, and the hot tub was excellent. Communication with the owner was also very easy and responsive. We would absolutely rent this place again for a ski weekend.

Winter Ski trip

Perfect spot for a group that has both skiers/snowboarders and non skiers. The free shuttle is literally steps out the door. The house is nice and cozy and has all the things you would need. The property managers were great!

We had a wonderful time @ Rae Ann & Jeff's home. It was very clean, organized and in a wonderful location. All we needed to prepare our own foods and plenty of tasty restaurants close by. I can not say enough good things about this property or the owners, just thank you and it felt so homey. David

The reason we live in Colorado is the natural beauty this state has been blessed with, as well as the marvelous weather. This is the only vacation property we manage, and we live nearby. We love spending time in the mountains and we really enjoy helping others share in this opportunity.

Why they chose this property

Winter Park gets LOTS OF SNOW! On average, the Winter Park ski resort gets more snow than any other ski resort in Colorado except for Wolf Creek. Also, we wanted to manage a place where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery that Colorado has been blessed with!

What makes this property unique

Wow! Let's start with the fabulous scenery. Add on to that the marvelous weather, the laid back atmosphere, being within easy walking distance to downtown, and living right across the street from Hideaway Park where the kids can go sledding in the winter and we can enjoy the summer concert series. It is the closest major ski resort to Denver. --- What Else Can You Ask For!!!
