WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS FOR SENIOR WEEK OR ANY HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGE EVENTS. MINIMUM AGE FOR BOOKING IS 25. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Ocean City is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom condo! With 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, and 1 twin trundle, this nice and tranquil retreat offers 2 full bathrooms with hair dryers and is full stocked for your convenience. Perfect for guests looking for a tremendous getaway with AC and heating, this cozy spot is a great place to call homebase while you're away. The cute cozy kitchen is complete with a fridge, dishes, utensils, blender, crockpot, coffee keurig, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, oven, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The dining area has seating for six, with two additional bar stool seats available at the kitchen counter area. The living room space is beautiful with two large couches and one comfy chair. We have a large T.V. In the living room and a T.V. In the master bedroom. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. We are located right across from the North Side park where we can sit on the deck and watch the fireworks. Every Sunday night the park puts on a concert and fireworks. The park is a great place to run in the mornings and workout at in their open area gym that is used with your body weight. The park has a beautiful playground area for the littles to play. They also have canoe rentals. You can walk right across the street to enjoy everything! We are also located a half mile from the Foodlion for easy grocery shopping. Across the street is Montego Bay shopping center for convenient shopping and dining options. Mini golf is next door to that. Higgins Crab House is also across the street for yummy food options. You can literally park your car and just walk around! We have two parking spots out back assigned to our unit marked with our unit number. We are located on the first floor which is convenient with no steps to carry suitcases, groceries, or beach chairs. There is also a bike wrack out back if you bring bikes to lock them up on. We have a shed on our deck stocked with chairs, beach toys and beach games. We hope you love our home as much as we do. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This was a fantastic rental. I loved the fact that the kitchen had some spices in the cabinet in case you planned on cooking, and the bedrooms had phone chargers in case you forgot yours. It was clean, had good parking, and an easy check in. Plus, Dottie was very quick at answering any messages. I highly recommend it!

Hi! My name is Dottie. I was married right here in Ocean City Maryland in 2005 on the beach. I grew up going to the beach with my sisters (when my oldest would let us tag along ;-) ). I love everything about it, as soon as I start to smell that sea air, all the stress starts to melt away. It is my happy place.
I was a hairstylist for 11 years until I had my third child and decided to stay home and take care of my children. One of my kiddos has special needs. When my children all hit school age I decided to head back to work. I am now a classroom paraprofessional in a K-2 Special Education classroom and love every minute of it.
I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my kids playing sports, eating out at restaurants, helping kiddos with special needs, and driving down to our condo in Ocean City where time slows down a bit and just enjoying the beach life!

Why they chose this property

We chose the North Side of Ocean City to be near North Side park where they have so much going on there to do. The North side is also quieter and not as busy and congested which is what we wanted for our family. The street we are on is nice and the atmosphere is friendly.
