This spacious Penthouse Condo provides breathtaking views from the large oceanfront balcony. The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the huge balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Not only that but from the back balcony you will enjoy watching the sunset over the Laguna Madre (bay). The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!


The great room provides plenty of seating with two sofas and a love seat. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the large SMART TV with Cable and HBO. Wireless internet is provided. While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen, you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! Dining Table Has Sitting for 12.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.



This penthouse is perfect for 2 families traveling together. There are four bedrooms and four baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the Master Suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. This Oceanfront Master has a Memory Foam Mattress to ensure a perfect night's sleep. This Master Suite comes with an SMART TV. There is also a second Master Suite with a king size bed and private bath. This second master also has a Memory Foam Mattress, and it too is an Oceanfront bedroom & a SMART TV. There are 2 other guest bedrooms. One is a large room that features 2 sets of Twin Over Bunk Bed with Ladder Solid Wood Trundle Bed. This guest bedroom can sleep up to 6 people. It is the perfect kid's room! The last guest bedroom features 1 Full size bed with Twin-Sized Trundle. Both guest bedrooms have direct access to a full-size bathroom with showers. The 2 Guest bedrooms come with SMART TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! Spring Break Family Vaccation

My family along with my sisters family stayed here for our first time to South Padre Island and could not be more happy with this vaccation condo! It was a great location for all of our activities we had planned. The floor plan is perfect along with the pool and path to the beach. If traveling with kids I very much recomend this condo!

Great Condo!

This condo had 2 masters, perfect for our 2 families. This unit is a little dated with wall paper, etc., but was clean and well maintained otherwise. Great trip! Would book again.

It was great. Lovely place with nice furniture. Might recommend having paper towels and Kleenex tissues on hand. Also some salt and pepper and if you won’t have coffee pods please tell guests in advance. Thank you.

Excellent girls trip

We enjoyed this condo overlooking the beach and spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and we enjoyed it after coming in from the beach on several days. Our only issue while there was the elevator that went down on two nights, since we were on the top floor. My mother had a difficult time with climbing the stairs. Otherwise our stay was excellent.

Would love to give 5 star but can’t…

This property is as advertised and has plenty of space for a larger group or multiple families. Property was clean, beds and linens comfortable, with plenty of seating to relax inside. Outdoor patio, pool, and beach are wonderful A few things that held us back from the 5 star review. First, we were contacted after our reservation and told we owed an additional charge (taxes missed on the original pricing). Second, the utensils in the kitchen are sub-par to the point where there wasn’t a spatula - can’t flip a pancake with your fingers. The stay was good and we enjoyed the property and location.

Sibling gathering

This property fit our needs perfectly, there were four couples siblings with spouses, we each had the perfect bedroom set up with private bathrooms, the living room and balcony were so spacious we could have had 4 more couples and still not been crowded. Loved it so much we want to rebook this location when we come back to South Padre, a first for all of us.

Anniversary Vacation

Booked and paid over a year ago at a premium price. Beautiful unit all went well until the unexpected construction work began in the roof for 3 days. Then the rains came and water starting dripping into the unit. It is not fair to experience such after paying so much. I don’t if I can trust VRBO.

We really enjoyed our vacation! This place was very spacious for our 6 kids, 3 grandparents and me and my husband. It was so close to the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool too!

Beach side paradise

This condo was the perfect size for my family. We had four bedrooms each with a private bathroom and huge living area. The view of the ocean and proximity to the beach and boardwalk can't be beat. We will definitely stay again!

Best View Ever!

I’ve been coming to SPI since I was a little girl and this is the best condo I hav ever stayed at. Everything from the beds to the decor to the view and proximity to the beach, even the staff and the communication with the owner was hands down the best. Waking up to the panoramic sunrise on the balcony is an experience I’ll never forget. Can’t wait to book it again!

Two family trip

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we really like to cook! Beds were super comfy. The view was amazing! The dinning table and chairs were really hard to move around, even to just push in a chair. The property gate codes need updating, especially the north entrance to the beach- we got stuck a couple times and had to walk to the south beach entrance.

South Padre in April

The weather was hit and miss but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the beach. We were thankful to have the hot tub and pool when the Gulf was too cold. My only complaint is the smoke alarms are set to super sensitive we couldn’t cook anything without opening both ends of the condo doors so the alarms would stop sounding
