Casa Santiago A is an immaculate, modern "beach house" that will escalate your tropical getaway to the next level of luxury!
Accommodating up to 24 guests, the spacious 3- story house features 6 bedrooms & bathrooms and is located directly across from the beach!

The ground floor provides two guest bedrooms. The first one features two Queen beds, a 50" HD Smart TV and a private bathroom. A full washroom can also be found on the ground floor with washer, dryer & sink. The second bedroom has two Twin beds, each with a Twin trundle bed, a 50" HD Smart TV and a private bathroom as well. The second and main level of the home encompasses a large open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen provides ample space for large families or groups of friends around a massive center island with bar seating for 6 people. Stainless steel appliances are provided including a refrigerator with microwave, oven, stove, toaster oven, toaster & a dishwasher. The kitchen has a large pantry with all amenities and complete service for 24 guests. The living room features a large, 65" HD Smart TV surrounded by an oversized sectional sofa couch. Sit back and watch movies or sports with the whole group!

The second floor also features the third and fourth guest bedrooms featuring a King size bed and two Queen size beds. Each has its own private bathroom and 50" HD Smart TVs. Just upstairs to the third level of the home, you will find your luxurious Master suite. A cozy King size bed will lend itself to the rest & relaxation you deserve! A private Master bathroom entails a full-size bathtub, as well as a shower and large vanity area. The property also features two additional sleeper sofas, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, including a larger walk-in closet in the Master bedroom, 3 balconies with patio furniture and 2 car garage.

Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool that features LED lights. BBQ in the back yard using the grill provided, or walk right out to the beach via the access directly across from the property! Make your reservation today & experience the luxury of Casa Santiago A!

We had a fabulous stay!! The lady that helped us check in was very nice and professional. The house was absolutely perfect. Each family had their own private bedroom and restroom so that was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing and hanging around. We did have a slight problem locking the doors as we headed out but we figured it out. We'd love to stay there again!!!

The house was clean, very accommodating for our crew and was literally right across the street from the beach. We were at the beach almost daily. This was a very last minute booking due to issues at the previous VRBO we had rented for the week, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Check-in was easy and quick, they let us know we were able to get in a little early and checkout was just as easy. Our fridge wasn’t working correctly and they had maintenance out very quick and the problem was fixed! The technician was great as well! Only downside to this is all the stairs. We didn’t have any issues and we looked at it as a good workout for those of us on the upper level. Oh and there wasn’t a pizza cutter, which the kids required often but we made do with a knife. Don’t let these things hold you back though, the place is great!We will definitely rent again and highly recommend it to others.

This was the perfect spot for our team to stay while working in SPI for a week! The location was ideal and the home itself was fully equipped and beautiful. SPI Rentals, LLC made the whole process from booking to checking in extremely easy, as well. I would highly recommend this spot!

Amazing!

Awesome place

Property has plenty of space. A great location right across the street from beach. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc. a little short on the cooking utensils-pots, pans, containers, etc. Pool is very relaxing after a long hot day.

The house itself its great modern and the location is literally in front of the beach. The problem was the issues with the wifi not working, trash cans full of trash even with worms, the propane tank was not fill until the last day of our stay.

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is really amazing. It is new, beautifully decorated and spectacular views. The way that the house is designed we had multiple people staying and at night you didn't even know that anyone else was there. The kitchen is great with new appliances and the HUGE island that is great for visiting, working, eating...…. We really liked coming back to this house after a long day of work. We will be staying here again very soon!

Beautiful rental and location

This was perfect for our large group with 6 bedrooms and baths. The space could use better simple amenities. No closets in some of bathrooms. No hooks in bathrooms. This is clearly a rental not a home. We had some issues with dishwasher and broken furniture but those were resolved quickly. Staff was friendly too. 1 block from beach. Pool area was great too!

The photos of this condo do not fully show how wonderful it is. There are three floors with spacious bedrooms (most with their own bathroom). on each floor! The condo is spacious enough for a large party. You can sit on the front balcony and watch the waves, or you can lounge at the pool. We absolutely loved it. Our arrival was hours before their check in time, but the staff did what they could to get us settled. We had a wonderful experience. If our family goes to South Padre Island again, I will definitely rent this place.

Awesome space and location

The space and location are awesome. Pool is great. Steps from the beach. Outdoor hose is great. It is poorly stocked with necessary items when cooking for a crowd. Only two dish towels. Very few simple amenities like paper towels or Saran Wrap for leftovers. It works be nice to have basic things like salt and pepper The baseboards and walls need a big deep clean. It could very easily be a five star property. We loved access to the beach and pool and the space!

Great location and house. Ice maker did not work. Huge closets only one had any clothes hangers - 6 total. 15 people for 5 nights and only 2 dishwasher tablets and a tiny bottle of dish soap?? Very bad idea for out of town people expecting to eat for 5 days. No paper towels. Would have been nice to have the pool heated our first 3 days of rain and cold understand the 55 degree issue in the contract. Blankets would have made the stay much better. You could make this a 5 star accommodation.
