This home was absolutely perfect. It’s extremely private, beautiful decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway near Clemson!

Hello all. We stayed at this property in 2026. The house was gorgeous. Very well equipped and plenty of space. However upon arriving we noticed the extra steep incline to the dock. Much steeper than pictures looked. I texted the owner and told them I don’t even think we can walk down to the dock it is so steep. My husband and I are 72 and we had 3 grands with us 4 and under and two teenagers and their parents. She said they usually use a golf cart and gave me the name of a golf cart rental company. Well at that point we really didn’t have a choice. We rented a golf cart at an additional 250.00 for 4 days rental. The rental company was great and the golf cart solved the problem and was wonderful to have but be aware. The active teenagers walked it a couple times and said it was brutal. Maybe a golf cart needs to be included We enjoyed the floating hammock, floating dock, paddle boards and did enjoy our stay. It is a quiet cove not many boats come by. The neighborhood is still under construction Also suggest instructions for the tv be including somewhere. Another family vacation in the books. Enjoy your summer !!

Jackie I wish you would have expressed your displeasure with us before leaving a bad review. This affects our income. Also, you mentioned the instructions for the TV, what did you have difficulty with? They are all smart TV’s. If there is anyway you would adjust your review that would be greatly appreciated.
