We stayed over July 4 weekend to see the Niagara area. This place is 1 block from the grocery store and super easy access to the highway to visit Canada or Niagara Falls. The A/C kept us cool during the heat wave. The unit was per the photos and clean. It was easy to tidy with the wood floors and broom provided. Our host was responsive. Tips: bring bottled water if you’re sensitive to water taste. Keep freezer items to smaller than standard ice cream carton (half gal); the freezer door only opens partially. Bring coffee grounds for the regular coffee maker.
