Come stay in this beautiful beachfront condo that was featured on HGTV's Beachfront BargainHunt!

Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!

You will LOVE the Gulf Views from the balcony of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor of the popular Phoenix V Condominium.

Unit sleeps 8 with a King bed in the master and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room for extra family and guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining table seats 6 with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The living room features comfortable seating and a 55" smart TV for viewing all your favorite shows. There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom!! The condo is also located just 3 units from the elevators so you don't have to walk far to get to the condo!

Both bathrooms were just remodeled with all new cabinets, granite countertops and custom showers. The master bathroom is a walk-in shower.

Enjoy the FREE UPGRADED WIFI throughout the unit for faster and more secure connection.

There is a stackable washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Building amenities include: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, splash pad water park, 2 lighted tennis courts, racquetball court, half-court basketball court, fitness room, BBQ grills, gazebos and onsite security.

Phoenix V is conveniently located in the heart of Orange Beach. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and activities for the entire family.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

You MUST be over 25 years old to rent.

Didn’t realize i would need to bring my own toilet paper and trash bags (only had one roll of TP and one trash bag).Master bedroom the bed needs to be replaced. Visible sinking spots.The view was beautiful.

Weekend stay

We stayed at this property for a long weekend during Sand in My Boots festival. The location was perfect and near all the necessary shopping and restaurants. The setup was perfect for our group (only 4 of us).

Fabulous condo! Clean and well equipped. The toilet seat in the master bath needs to be replaced as it is quite loose. We also had issues with neighbors smoking on their balconies. We were forced inside several times.

Great Place on the Beach

Great little condo right on the beach! The pictures depict the condo perfectly and we had a great time! The layout was nice - the secondary bedroom is far enough away that we didn’t wake the kids being in the living room once they went to bed. Kitchen was nice and easy to work in. The views are stunning - right on the water. Pool and splash pad were great for the kids. The location is also great - close to restaurants and shopping. We plan to come gain next year!
