It really wasn't that bad costwise split among our group, walking distance from the beach, and wilmington about an hour drive away, so plenty to do.

SUPER STAY!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was SUPER clean and had EVERYTHING and MORE supplied. It was a 1.5-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive into town. I am very picky about VRBO'S and the last thing you want is a run down, dirty place to call home for your vacation. Me and my kids enjoyed the house greatly, thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice updated interior. Roadside deck and furniture awesome. Oceanside deck not convenient at all and not covered. Great fenced in space for dogs but SandSpurs there. Primary bedroom and queen bedroom very small. Primary bedroom a/c sucked. Not sure how we would have stayed if it had been any hotter. Not a fan of a ring camera that the owners used to spy on us.

What a wonderful house! We were there for 2.5 weeks and a portion of the time had our kids (total 5 of us) and then was just my me and my wife. It was just beautifully renovated. The out door shower was fantastic. It is a short walk to the beach and conveniently located to everything on and off island. This property is managed my a management company (Landmark) and they are FANTASTIC to work with. Communication is spot on and fast. They really allowed us to just enjoy our time. There is also plenty of parking as each of our kids brought there cars. We would definitely stay here again.
