Upgraded Townhome w Shared Pool Access in Gated Complex - STR Permit 22-13500335

Recently remodeled 3 bedroom townhouse in the Northwest side of San Antonio., centrally located just 10-20 minutes away from the major tourist attractions - Lackland AFB (15min west), Sea World (15min northwest), Fiesta Texas (10min north), and the famous Alamo and Riverwalk (15min south).

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located in a quiet gated community with a beautiful park-like setting and a sparkling community pool (not artificially heated).

The bedrooms include 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and 2 full beds to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The master bathroom has a standing shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The living room has a comfortable leather sofa and love seat and a 55" smart TV where you can stream your own Netflix or other favorite streaming service (no cable). Each of the bedroom also have smart TVs for streaming. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully equipped with a drip coffee pot, blender, toaster, pots, pans, plates and silverware for 8 people.

The formal dining room has a stunning wood table with seating for 8.

The private patio area has a table, chairs, umbrella and a gas barbeque grill... perfect for a family outdoor gathering.

The pool is located a few steps away from the house in the middle of the complex. The community pool season opens May 30, 2026 and goes through mid-September. As with any pool, unforeseen issues sometimes arise which requires the HOA to close it temporarily for maintenance. It does not happen often, but when this happens, it is beyond my control, so I am unable to offer any guarantees.

We are pet friendly.. Our back patio is fully fenced in for the safety of your pet.

The supermarket, Wal-Mart, movie theaters, and an array of restaurants are less than 2 miles away.

Came for military graduation at Lackland. It was about a 20 minute drive to several base entrances.House was stocked with basic items. Bed was extremely comfortable. Towels were soft and largeMuch better choice than hotel. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The check-in process was smooth. The home was comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The gated community is quiet and felt very safe. The community pool is very close to the house. We especially enjoyed having the fully fenced-in back patio, which was a great private space to relax and grill our meals. There is a green area near the pool that was perfect for walking our dog. Overall, this was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

Easy place to find. Very close to the airport and within reasonable distance to many attractions, restaurants, and grocery. Quiet place to stay. Comfortable bedding, efficient kitchen, and comfortable living room area. Unfortunately, pool wasn’t available but we were notified ahead of time. Owner was easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed the place being in a gated community. It was a perfect size for 4 adults snd 2 kids. We ran into a plumbing issue it was minor and the owner offered to send someone asap. The bushed and garden area upfront did need some up-keeping. There was also sitting water in that area out front all day. Not sure why but luckily there was a sidewalk so the only issue we had were mosquitos. Overall it was good. We would definitely stay again especially due to the safe secure gated community.

Regarding the minor plumbing issue, we were happy to address it promptly and are glad it was resolved during your stay. The landscaping in the community is maintained by the HOA on a regular schedule, and the area mentioned is not typically an area where standing water is present. Given the recent rain, any temporary accumulation would have been weather-related. Mosquito activity can also be more noticeable during the warmer and wetter months. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work to make sure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed here to attend my son’s BMT graduation. This place was FANTASTIC and met ALL of our vacation needs. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed and then some. Christopher was absolutely Amazing! He responded promptly to all my questions and concerns with courtesy and kindness. This was a Great little place to stay and it was close to all the major attractions.

We enjoy this cute townhouse while at our son's Air Force graduation from BMT. Close distance from base allows for capitalizing on your time with your loved one either sightseeing or just hanging out with your ariman for some quiet down time! Lots of attractions within short drive.

Fantastic place to stay

We truly enjoyed our stay while in San Antonio. It had everything we needed…. Beds were very comfortable, A/c was amazing, loved the private patio, very clean, and accommodating!! My husband loved the fob to open the gate… and it was a quiet area.

Good location and comfy beds

My family and I stayed 5 nights. It was great location, close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. We were here for a family member graduating from basic training.The beds were very comfortable and it was nice enjoying the community pool. We had it to ourselves most of the time. The house has everything you need. I would stay here again

Perfect location

Property needs a deep cleaning, as well as some much needed repairs. Beds were very comfortable and there were ample towels, etc. The pool was not at all safe for anyone to swim in, but that is an HOA issue, not something the host can control. We liked that we felt safe in the area. Host was very easy to work with.

San Antonio stay

We were in town for a family funeral. The townhouse was centrally located in a secure gated community. Kitchen was well stocked beds Comfy, and tvs in all bed rooms so the kids weren't fighting over what to watch Grocery store and restaurants near by were Convenient we were able to make meals or grab take out. Over all a great stay
