3 bedroom townhome in lovely Bella Vista with Pickle Ball, park and Trail access

The Play House offers the best of Bella Vista with the Metfield recreation complex literally across the street with 4 Pickle Ball courts, basketball court, direct Back 40 trail access, both 9 and 18 hole golf courses and a public swimming pool to cool off after your activities. Pool is only open during the summer. No need to drive as you have an easy pedal or walk down the greenway concrete trail to Blowing Springs Gear Garden for a local beverage. Bella Vista POA guest passes are needed to use the swimming, golf and beach/lake activities. I will need names of all guests a month prior to guarantee passes to you.

Wonder townhouse. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need. Beautifully decorated. Excellent communication. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

This home was spectacular. Clean and up to date. House had everything you could need or want. Next time we come back to town we will definitely be renting this property if available.

This is a beautiful spacious place to stay surprisingly it’s fully stocked. You don’t have to bring anything. I’ve been to plenty rentals where you have to bring your own paper towels, toilet paper soap, washing detergent and coffee we rented this property because it was close to FAMILY for Christmas. I would recommend this property and hope to rent it again.

We loved our stay! The property has a wonderful location- quiet and tree lined while still having direct access to Bella Vista trails and amenities. The property was very clean and beautifully appointed. We felt right at home from the moment we entered. There's great natural light and tranquil views. We enjoyed sunsets from the deck and watching deer in the ravine. Blankets and pillows were plentiful and all furnishings were clean and comfortable. Having a Keurig in the kitchen and water dispenser on the fridge were pluses we enjoyed daily. The host communicated promptly and answered any questions quickly. Five stars across the board! We look forward to returning and fully recommend this property and host to others.
