Very spacious 550sq ft. studio with a full kitchen and bath. It is conveniently located just minutes from both downtown Tacoma and Puyallup in a well established area of 72nd and Canyon making I5, SR 512 and River Road (167) easily and quickly accessible. Newly furnished with memory foam bed, couch, dinning table w/chairs, bar stools, lounge chair and console table still leaving much open and comfortable floor space. Designated guest parking on property in driveway close to French door entrance. Home is located on a dead end street with limited traffic. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Washington has always been home but currently I travel between different states. I would like my lovely space to be enjoyed while I'm out of state to offer a home away from home for others.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is so close to all the main roads and yet tucked so nicely on a little dead end street. It makes getting anywhere easy and quick whether needing to drop down into the Puyallup valley, head into Tacoma or travel. It’s a well established neighborhood of home owners, very little traffic or kids and quiet and peaceful with larger home lots and nature around.

What makes this property unique

This studio it is much larger and more functional than most apartments and I love the open feeling of the space with large windows and the pane glass french doors. Looking out the front windows is the moss lawn and looking out the french doors located in the rear is the tiered yard and beyond that the neighbors lg mowed field. It all makes for an open peaceful feeling I enjoy.
