The home was in a very quiet secluded upscale neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. The drive to the super market and lots of trails was only 10 minutes away. We couldn't have been more pleased.
The kitchen was very well equipped, The house actually could handle more than 6 people as there is a cot and foldout sleeper chair. Plenty of bath linens pillows, blankets etc.The back yard is delightful - shaded patio with table and chairs, grill, shade trees. Nice landscaping in front. Wonderful birds in the yard in the morning - including a family of quails that paraded on the concrete rear wall. Great deco inside. Can't say enough good things about this property. The location was great for us - we didn't want to be too close to uptown Sedona. We were close to many trails and the Safeway grocery store.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re delighted to hear the house amenities made your stay comfortable and that you enjoyed the backyard — the quail family is always a treat to watch. It’s wonderful that the location worked well for your trip, offering easy access to trails and conveniences while staying out of the uptown bustle.
You were a fantastic guest, and we’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.
Great location nice and quiet extremely beautiful home laid out very nice super clean would definitely stay and recommend again. This is probably a fairly new VRBO so it has not built up it's supply of salt sugar ketchup mustard Etc however it does have all the plates pots and pans everything else you would ever need not a complaint just letting you know to bring some stuff
Very nice house in a quiet, upscale, and somewhat remote neighborhood that's away from the downtown lights. A large property with comfortable beds, a relaxing living room with high ceilings, large windows with a view, and large TV. We would definitely stay here again.

About the host
Hosted by jeff rupnow
We are originally from Ohio and moved to Sedona for the weather and extensive mountain bike trails in the area. We like to host so that other people can also experience this great area of the country just like it was shown to us.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is very quiet and just outside of Sedona city limits. For us the house also had to be close to trails.
What makes this property unique
Being just a mile outside of sedona everything is more quiet and the skys are less polluted by light. The house is away from all the tourists and a place that just makes you relax if you want to or not.
