The property was very nice! The backyard was such a wonderful place to hang out and relax! Lots of room for everyone to My communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. Very attentive and replied quickly. We had a wonderful time and would love to book there again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—honestly even better in person. The hosts were incredibly communicative and made everything so easy from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quiet and safe, while also being close to anything you could need. There are restaurants and stores 5 minutes from the house. The entrance to I-15 is also only 5 minutes away, but you would never know it relaxing in the quiet, serene backyard.

What makes this property unique

It's centrally located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Draper UT, close to 7 world-class ski and snowboard resorts, close to fine dining, with a large, private back yard and plenty of parking. It was newly remodeled in 2025 with hardwood floors and new furnishings, massage chairs, and has a gazebo and 6-person hot tub for relaxing in the back yard. It's comfortable and family friendly.
