Unit 1410 at Maravilla is a great unit for anyone, from couples to extended families wanting to visit a great Destin beach rental. Located in building 1 at the Maravilla Resort, it is convenient to the beach access, about 50 yards to the beach and comes with a huge perk - Beach Service of two chairs and a umbrella during the season (Mid march-October 31st)! As far as Miramar beach rentals, this is by far, one of our most affordable condo rentals in the Destin/ Miramar beach area that can sleep up to 8 people.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other peak times of year.

Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.
-Beach Service included in season (mid-March through October 31), with umbrella and two chairs
-Pet-Friendly - Well-groomed, well-trained, non-aggressive pets allowed with prior approval (some breeds restricted)

Maravilla, a private, gated community sits across from the beautiful beaches of Destin in the upscale community of Miramar Beach. Privately owned, gated shore access takes guests to the 2.5 acres of sugar-sand beaches and emerald hued waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A true beach haven! Maravilla is the perfect spot for a family vacation or enjoyable reunion with friends. Maravilla's deeded beach access is a major convenience, along with other amenities-tennis courts, clubhouse, 2 pools (one is seasonally heated), hot tub, basketball hoop, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, charcoal grills, and plenty of parking. There is always something fun to do at Maravilla!

Popular Gulf front restaurants are nearby including Pompano Joe's, The Crab Trap, Whale's Tail and Captain Dave's. Enjoy championship golf at Seascape or any of the eight golf courses in Destin. There are also another 17 golf courses within 20 miles of Destin! Grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets are only minutes away. More restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals and free concerts are located nearby at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. Great location and nice property

I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The checkin process was easy and check out as well. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the beach chair service was a great bonus. We had 6 people in this condo, and a small dog and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Safe and Close to the Beach

My family and I had a great stay at 1410! We love the complex, this unit and its proximity to the beach! Has everything you need to feel at home. The beds are great, as well. We all slept so good. We enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach. The location of the unit was very convenient to the beach. The pool was also very nice. The accommodations met our expectations. The bunk bed were not real comfortable for adult males (but they are at the beach, so all was good.) We would book this unit again.

Perfect Stay

The pictures did not do the unit justice. The unit is nicely decorated, very clean, and spacious. Booking and communicating with the property manager was easy. My family enjoyed the unit, property, and close proximity to the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be staying in this unit or on the Maravilla property in the future.

Fun with Grandkids

The pool was great way to sidetrack the kids when it was time to leave the beach. Made use of the BBQ pit and outdoor shower. Was convenient to walk to the dairy queen and restaurants. Dog area was clean and convenient. Enjoyed condo balcony and size worked for four adults and three kids.

Better than expected

We had an amazing week in Destin. The condo is very clean, updated and all of the appliances are fairly new. The location couldn’t be better. On the property, we enjoyed the pools, tennis courts, open spaces to walk and excessive our pup, and of course the spectacular white sand beach. The property is well equipped to cook at home and was very comfortable. If I had one recommendation, it would be to replace the master bedroom mattress.

Great value, steps from the beach

Nice, clean property. Good value for money. Very clean and well equipped. Halfway between Destin and the West end of 30A allowed us to explore a bit of both. Good beach access, right across the street. Can see the ocean from the balcony, but not when seated. Nice, new appliances. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance from the condo. If you want a condo in an area that isn’t too busy with easy access to a nice, clean beach, this is a good spot.

Great beach vacation

Condo was right across the street from the beach. Easy access. Able to walk to a few restaurants. King beds in each bedroom. Twin bunks in the small bedroom. 2 full bath, full size washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again. Pet friendly. Had a minor problem when we got in Saturday night, emailed the owner and someone was there Sunday morning to fix the problem. If you have pets and need a clean place to stay, look no further.

Overall I thought the condo and pool areas were nice. A short walk to the beach, with easy access. The free chair rentals came in handy also. The one down side were the beds. Very soft not good for my back but if you like soft you'll be ok. I will definitely recommend this place to friends, thanks again and see you next summer!

Great stay

We booked a trip to Destin, FL for our family vacation and chose the condo at Maravilla from it's great reviews and pictures. It did not disappoint. We had a total of 6 in our group, all 18 and over and had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed for our week's stay. The beach was just a 3 minute walk away, which was the number one thing we wanted. Lots of restaurants and stores within a few minute drive or bike ride, and few within walking distance. Check in and check out instructions were very simple with no problems at all. Will definitely book again next time we're in the area.
