Step off the back porch to enjoy tennis, basketball, fitness facility, pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, and shuffleboard at your doorstep. Just a short stroll away you will find Maravilla's gulf view community pool, along with 2.5 miles of sparkling emerald coast beaches for Maravilla guests only. Guests will receive complimentary beach chair and umbrella set up! (March-October). We love sea joy so much! We’ve been here 5 years in a row for our family vacation and I’m sure we will be back again next year! You just can’t beat the location. It’s so peaceful and quiet located right at the end of the street, and just a short walk out to the beach. The included amenities are the cherry on top for this home, which are 2 pools, a hot tub, pickleball court, tennis court, basketball court, gym, and the complimentary beach chairs!! Can’t wait to visit again next year!!

We love staying in Maravilla, it is the perfect location to walk to our favorite restaurants and the beach service and pools are so convenient! This house was perfect for our family with 3 teenagers. We had our own space and spent time together but also were able to get independent times as well. I would stay here again!

On Spring Break from Kentucky

We really like this property. We had some very minor issues with linens and the communication with the property manager was great. She was so responsive. I think the house was a good value in a gated area with plenty of amenities.
