This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), with a size of approximately 1250 sqf. The residence has a shared pool, is right on the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the neighborhood and that the property sat near the ocean. Which made for a great view.

Relaxing

Condo was clean and right on the ocean. I enjoyed listening to the waves crashing on the rocks daily. Security and cleaning staff were friendly and courteous. Would stay here again definitely.

Wonderful vacation

We have stayed at Hispaniola Beach for the month of February 2019. The condo had everything we needed, the surrounding was clean and very secured. Wonderful pool but the beach was wash out from previous hurricane. Walking distance from everything, something we really appreciated. Christine

Nice Spot

I enjoyed my stay at Fabio’s apartment. I was met by his partner Enrico who checked me in and showed me the property. The staff from Enrico, housekeepers, security and property manager were all nice and welcoming. Any questions I had I would text Enrico and he would reply is less than a minute. Here’s my pros and cons of the apartment. Pros: Walking distance to everything Great staff (Amazing) Safe Location AC and Appliances worked great Very Clean Cons: Apartment complex needs to maintain the pool better. Linens need to be upgraded ie: curtains and pillows Need more towels. Needs a slight upgrade in decor Whom so ever owns the apartment complex needs to invest more into the facility this place can be a Gold mind. As you can tell it got hit by a hurricane in the back of the complex. All in all I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

NO Beach, No jacuzzi

The first condo overlooked a building site, the furniture was dirty and very used. We were moved to another Condo overlooking the pool. This Condo was also very tired and used. While we were not expecting luxury, we were expecting a beach as was promised (we wanted a Condo on the beach) we never saw a jacuzzi!! My bathroom had a leak from the above apartment, very unnerving when you sit on the toilet and there is a constant drip on your back, especially in the middle of the night. Trying to take a shower....you had to hold the shower head, not a pleasant experience. The bed frame was rusted out. We were booked for 2 weeks, we checked out after one week and moved to a hotel in Cabarete which cost a lot of money ($1,600.00 for the week) I have asked for a refund. I haven’t received it as of yet. I am also contacting my credit card company. Very disappointing experience!!! Maybe 10 years ago this place was what they show in their add, it certainly is not now. On the positive note it did have WiFi and A/C. Elizabeth Marriage

Thanks for your review, although it doesn't make much sense. You complained about the condo you booked, so we offered a relocation to a different residence or a free upgrade to a sea-views condo, which you accepted. Let me try to address the "issues" you mentioned: - the jacuzzi is in the bathroom, not outside, not sure I understand your comment. - there was a single drop of water occasionally falling from the ceiling in the bathroom, and it was repaired promptly. - there is no sand in the beach indeed, due to a recent hurricane: this is the only valid point of your "review"... you probably realize that we don't control the weather, but in any case the sand has already returned in nearby beaches, just a few minutes walk away. - You wrote "Trying to take a shower....you had to hold the shower head, not a pleasant experience"; in many years in the vacation rental business, this is one of the funniest remarks ever! Still, you have been blacklisted from all our properties.

THANK YOU FABIO AND NANCY I ENJOYED MY STAY AT YOUR CONDO. EVERYTHING WAS AS I EXPECTED. ENRICO AND YOUR ENTIRE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN, AIR CONDITIONER WORKED GREAT, POOL WAS CLEAN. SECURITY GUARDS WERE VERY HELPFUL AS WELL. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Beautiful residence on the beach

We organized a family reunion in a large luxury villa nearby, and took the chance to relax in this beach residence for a few days afterwards. The main positive point here is that it is on the beach and also steps from the restaurants, bars and markets (the other villa we had rented was on Playa Laguna, away from town). There are only condos of 1 or 2 bedrooms in this residence, so not suitable for large families unless you want to split the family into two or more condos. Also they don't allow pets, so our dog returned to Canada earlier with my mother. This said, we have a great relaxing time here, would definitely come back. Thanks again to all involved in the logistics for making our family reunion a success! Beckie
