This beautifully laid-out two-story home offers comfort and flexibility across three levels. The main floor features a full kitchen, cosy living room, dining area, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a recreation room perfect for game nights or film marathons.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms and another full bathroom—giving everyone their own space. The lower level adds a bonus hangout area and a third full bathroom, ideal for extra privacy or spreading out.

Step outside to the oversized, fully fenced backyard—a rare find in the city! Relax on the deck with patio furniture, enjoy your morning coffee, or gather under the stars.

Parking: The garage fits one car, and the driveway holds up to three more vehicles (depending on size)—plenty of room for everyone!
