We had a great time in Puerto Rico. The cupboards of this unit were well-stocked. Nice views of the beach, local community and the airport. Convenient on-site parking. Unfortunately, the pool is still not renovated as of our visit last year. Easy access to the beach.

Beautiful studio

Me and my friend loved staying at this beautiful studio. Our host was nice and let us check in a little earlier. Good location, restaurants bars, coffee places are in a walking distance. Also grocery store just 10 min away walking. Amazing view from the balcony and reasonable price. Just book it!

Beach get away

ESJ Towers is at a great location. It''s on the beach. There are vendors renting lounger chairs and umbrellas at a very reasonable cost. Also a food vendor with some local treats, like a Pina Colada inside the Pina (Pineapple). In the evening you can walk to get a bit to eat. Or you can Uber to Pinones where you will find a lot of local delicious food and drinks. Must say if you are OK with the building being worked on for renovations and no pool on your stay than this is a great place for you.

Peaceful, the view was beautiful.

THE CONDO WAS PERFECT AND THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR. THE BUILDING IS IN THE PROCESS OF MAJOR RENOVATIONS. VERY CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT, RESTAURANTS AND STORES. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had such an amazing stay here! The view from the room is gorgeous and the direct beach access is outstanding! The kitchen was fully stocked with not only appliances, dishes, etc. but also with spices and beer in the fridge. I personally used the gym daily and it was very clean and never crowded. The only down fall was that the pool was closed. We were very sad to leave and cannot wait to be back!

Wonderful Location and View

Our stay at the Beautiful Studio + Wi-Fi + private parking in ESJ Towers Condominium was excellent. The space is bright and clean. The view from the condo incredible and the condo is close to both the beach and the main drive with restaurants and stores. The AC was quiet and worked so well that we often had to turn it down once it cooled off the condo. The kitchen is quite basic, but we didn't cook much. My only quibbles would be the plastic on the bed that made it impossible to sleep on because the sheets would not stay in place and the loud squeaking when the balcony door is opened. Otherwise, the condo exceeded our expectations.

Exactly as expected!

The condo was everything we needed and it was exactly what we had hoped for and expected. We loved the view and the location. The parking was a very important aspect for us as we had rented a car for the week. ESJ Towers is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping and clubs. It is situated right on the beach and provides easy access to the beach. We got up everyday and enjoyed coffee and breakfast at the condo then made our escape for the day. We had a wonderful time and cant wait to get back. The condo was tastefully decorated, clean and well managed. The shower temperature was extremely temperamental but we didn't care too much because the rest of everything was perfect for us.

First visit to San Juan

The condo was just as noted in the listing. It was unfortunate the pool was closed for renovation. The owner was very good at communication with us and made the trip very easy. The only other issue I had with the listing was that the bar and mini-mart were not open. Might be a casualty of Covid. Also, the elevator didn't work from the parking garage. We had to walk up a couple of levels to get to the elevator. Overall, very good stay!!!

Everything we expected and more

Immaculate, fully equipped, cofortable,great location. Marco was very responsive and helpful. Pool is still under renovations following the hurricane but why do you need a chlorinated pool when you,ve got an entire ocean at your doorstep!? (Besides, my wife able to access the pool area nextdoor @ the Fairmont "El San Juan Hotel" with no problem. Friendliest peope on the planet and courteous too. Traffic stops when they see a pesestrian approaching to cross the street or someone trying to enter the roadway from a parknig lot! As to the "more", some kind soul left a few bottles of beer and a fruit flavored seltzer in the fridge to "jumpstart" our stray! :)

Bites all over Legs and Arms

I was bitten by bugs all over my legs, arms and back Owner denies there are bedbugs and argues maybe it was from the beach or mosquitos or somewhere else. Well I didn’t lay out on the beach bc it was too hot for me, I k ow what mosquito bites look like and these weren’t it. I looked up what bed big bits look like and that’s what my bites looked just like. I complained to the ow er but he just argued that they changed the sheets etc. I sent pictures of the bites all over me that are now leaving scars. I would have left but the flight was too expensive. I plan to pursue a damages claim for a ruined vacation, pain, suffering, embarrassment and scars left on my body.
