Very private with your own heated pool, your own boat dock, your own car port and your own trailer parking area all on your property. Luxury 2 King Tommy Bahama Master bedroom and Queen Suites both with attached bathrooms. Large Flat Screen TV's, Cable, WiFi. Fully equipped Kitchen. Enjoy the relaxing living room ambiance with a glass of wine watching the sun set as luxury boats pass you by. Main floor covered porch with lounge furniture perfect for your quiet morning coffee, reading or boat watching. Ground floor has covered outdoor dining room facing your own Heated Pool. Very relaxing place with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Enough room for 8 adult couples. Best part was pool area! Lots of seasonings left in cabinet for others to enjoy, also oil, etc.

Perfect in every way

We have a great stay in this home. The location is fantastic, plenty of room for docking our boat, the house was clean and communication with the property manager was great. The pool is amazing after a long day of lobstering, fishing and snorkeling. Thanks for a great stay!

Worth the stay

This property is very nice and clean. Located just 2 blocks from two grocery store. And a short walk to t beach. The property manager Ed is a super nice and helpful with anything you need. The property is stocked with most everything that you need to enjoy your get away. Definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

Sorry about that but ants are indigenous to the state of Florida, especially durung the rainy season, nothing you can do about that. Your statement /complaint about the ants are very unfair, have a great day.

Nice place good location.

We stayed one week and had a great experience at the house. The pool was clean and you had the option of putting up large umbrellas if you wanted shade. The beach is a long walk or a short drive. The house was super cute inside and had pleanty of towels and blankets. Don't expect a new house, but it was clean.Great communication with property management. 3 blks from 2 grocery stores. We had a nice time.

Summer Break

We had an amazing July 4th week for our Summer Vacation with our family and another family of 3! We absolutely loved everything about the house and the pool including the dock and the location!! We had fun with the 4th parade and our son even made it into the local newspaper! We rented a boat and had a great time snorkeling! The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

A well needed get-away!

Finally, truth in advertising! This property came exactly as presented; it is a beautiful house, fully furnished and stocked with all items we needed for a fantastic week, very close proximity to a ton of things to do and places to eat in Marathon, and a fantastic pool right outside the door! The house was very clean and neat, everything was in working order, and the host was very quick in responding to me throughout the process. I have saved this location and will be returning in the future!

Beautiful Home with great location

The house has a great location, close to Publix, restaurants, Sombrero Beach. The pool and outdoor area is great, lots of area to spend time in. Located on a canal for kayaking and fishing. The house is nicely decorated, clean, has everything you need. The only disappointment was that it said it came with Kayaks in the list amenities but it does not. We had to rent them. Other than that, it was a really great vacation home. We had a great time!!

Overall great experience. Booking was easy, place was pretty much as advertised, location was close to everything you could look for in Marathon area. The house is beautifully furnished and provided all the necessary amenities. The outdoor living space is fantastic and we spent most of our time outside. The heated pool was amazing. The location is close to Sombrero Beach and shopping/restaurants in Marathon. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive. I would recommend this house to friends and family.

It was a last minute booking for mini season. Property Manager was SUPER Cooperative. House is really nice and was super clean. Pool had several shade umbrellas, which made it enjoyable to relax in after a day on the water. Nice dock as well.

House was in a great location on Sombrero road. It was a short bike ride to the beach, super close to Publix and Winn Dixie, and restaurants. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Pool was great and was even cleaned and checked on halfway through our stay. Every question I had was answered quickly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Property was everything as listed. Communication with manager was excellent and house was found to be very clean. House could have been stocked with trash bags. Biting insects were bad around pool and patio. Shrubs need trimmed along dock.

Great Location!

The property was just 1.6 miles to Sombero Beach. Maybe a cooler and beach chairs would be nice for renters to use! We rented bikes for the week. Lots of nice bike trails! Many restaurants in the area! The bedroom on the first floor has an attached bathroom but both closets are taken by the owners so nowhere to hang your clothes! The master bedroom is upstairs along with 2 other bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The pool was nice and heated! The listing said it had a rotisserie for the grill but it did not? We had a great family vacation the property worked out good for every one!
