Location was nice and quiet. We spent most of our time in State College and did our shopping there. About 15min drive, if that, from center of campus (minus football traffic).

Eileen and her Family are the kind of people you want to have stay in your home. You could hardly tell anyone stayed there. I would rent to them again in a heartbeat.
Exactly the place we needed. Group of alumni coming back to Penn State for a football game. Location is only a 10-15 drive to stadium and downtown. Dan was a great host and very responsive to questions about the property. He provided plenty of recs as well. Will stay again!
We were in town for a Penn State game with family. This cottage was perfect location. Very clean and everything we needed was onsite towels, paper products etc
Owner was excellent to communicate with super friendly.
We definitely will be revisiting!
Thank you
The property is secluded and quiet! A nice break from the craziness of State College. The cottage was wonderful and well equipped with everything that we needed! Definitely will stay here again! Dan is true to his word and very responsive. Also, very spacious! We could have had many more guests.

This is the perfect place to stay if you have anything going on in or around the State College area. The property was absolutely beautiful. The home is amazing. And the host was incredible. There was nothing to do but stay and relax and enjoy at this home. If I was able to give 10 stars for a review, I would.

Cait and her family were wonderful guests to have stay at our cottage. They left it so nice you couldn’t tell anyone stayed there. We would welcome them back anytime we have the opportunity. Thank You
Had a good time & enjoyed the accommodations very much. Well stocked for us cooking dinner. Only thing I would have liked was a cork screw because I forgot mine. Very responsive to any questions. Dan is a great host!
Wonderful stay at this place. 5 stars! So cute and clean! Everything you need! Ample towels and bath needs, all your kitchen needs, comfortable beds and a very convenient location to Penn State! Dan was a wonderful and very responsive host. He texted me right back when we had a question. We had a great weekend! We will absolutely stay here again!
Got back up to PSU with some former football teammates for a quick reunion. Looked for a place that would fit 5 comfortably that was comfortable and had a large screen tv for watching more college football after we wrapped up a a Noon PSU game and dinner downtown. Really lucked out when this place was available- property sits up the valley past Bellefonte less than a 10 minute ride to Beaver Stadium and very reasonably priced. The owner Dan was great to work with. Will definitely stop back.

Amazing! Perfect home right by PSU!
My family and I stayed at Dans place for my sisters graduation weekend and were beyond impressed. Hidden off of a backroad only 10 minutes from State College we easily avoided all of the main traffic going on and off campus. Dan was extremely helpful and the house already had many of the essentials we needed (paper plates, napkins, toilet paper, and plastic silverware). The beds must be new because they were soooo comfy and the brown fluffy blankets were so nice we actually took pictures of the tags because we need to have them for our own home! We will definitely be back for a football weekend in the future! Truly an amazing house! WE ARE!!!!!
The property was perfect for our group of Penn State alumni visiting for the weekend to hang out, watch the game and such. The great room is so awesome for gathering, watching tv, or just relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. Dan was very accommodating to our variable number of guests which was very appreciated by the frontline workers of our group! The drive to state college is super easy and there are ride shares available for transport. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
Dan was a fantastic host - no fuss check-in and great communication. The accommodations were perfect for our weekend trip to see the PSU football game. Location was great - very convenient. The home was very cozy and had everything we needed. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. Highly recommend! We will be back!
We enjoyed our stay. After visiting campus and going to a football game, it was great to avoid the crowds in the evening. The large family room was great to hang out in at night for TV and board games.
Great location! The house is bigger than it looks in pictures and very comfortable. Dan and Melissa were great hosts and provided great suggestions for restaurants in the area.
Dan was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay. Close to beaver stadium and very inviting and clean.
