Highlights of this modern home include new appliances and granite countertops, vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering stunning pond views, and sliding doors leading directly to the deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. A path with steps provides direct access to the lake, so don't forget to bring your fishing pole! The property is also conveniently located near the bike path and is a short drive (or a pleasant 30-minute walk) to town, Nantucket Sound beaches, and Oyster Pond. As a special touch, the owner provides a complimentary Welcome Bag, which includes a reusable tote filled with essential cleaning and paper products. We are dog friendly, too!
