Important Building Update: Exterior Painting Project (May 2025 – Spring 2026)

Our building is undergoing a scheduled exterior painting project beginning May 2025, with an estimated duration of 6–8 months. This is routine maintenance completed every 10 years to keep the property in excellent condition.
Current Progress & Schedule
Stacks 04 & 05: August 24 – September 24, 2025
Stacks 06 & 07: September 25 – October 25, 2025
Stacks 08 & 09: October 25 – November 25, 2025
Please note: During this 08/09 phase, the pool will be closed for safety.
What to Expect:
Work is quiet — no loud construction noise.
Each stack of units takes about 2–3 weeks, but timing is weather dependent. They are doing 2 stacks at once.

To the left of the dining room table you have a gorgeous large chef imported kitchen. Black granite covers the counters, while large cheery wood cabinets and stainless steel appliance fill the background. At the far end of the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.
The living room is to the right of the dining room table. It boasts a gorgeous sectional couch big enough to fit the whole family, and a flat screen smart tv, as well as a private balcony entrance.
Master bedroom has an ocean view with a king size bed, flat screen smart tv, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony entrance. The private master bath has a large walk in shower with dual shower heads, his and her sinks, and a jetted garden tub.
2nd master bedroom also has king size bed with large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, a high end sleeper sofa, and a private balcony entrance. The second guest bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, and oversized vanity with a sink.
3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen smart tv, a high end sleeper sofa, and a private balcony entrance. The third bathroom has a private entrance, a ADA tub/shower and lifted toilet with smaller vanity and sink.
4th guest bedroom has 2 Twin over Twin Bunk beds with a smaller flatscreen smart tv.
Out on the balcony you have numerous seating options for not only eating but relaxing while watching the ocean waves roll in. Out on the balcony is an electric grill that was satisfy your grilling needs for your stay!
AMENITIES:
Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that OV has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly.
Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna
Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards.
Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy.
Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities.
The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire put and the ocean waves.
Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip.
** you will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in.

Minimum age: 25 (minimum age of primary renter)
1. Management fee is $145. In being as transparent as possible with this fee. VRBO has trip protection that cost $129 but it's very poor coverage for you. This $145 allows us to get your stay enrolled into a much better third party coverage.

This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
