The area is very quiet, and the listing was accurate. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay. We had a family of four staying for 6 nights. We had 8 towels and 6 washcloths for the entire stay, and a washer/dryer if we needed clean towels. Not ideal, but detergent was provided.
