Alpine Getaway is a private, modern mountain home located about 600 yards from the North Face entrance of Seven Springs Resort - just park and jump on the slopes; no waiting for the chair lift. The view of the slopes is incredible from the private bedroom balconies and the main deck. Cathedral ceilings can be found in three of the bedrooms and the main living area. And after a day outdoors, enjoy a cozy fire inside or by the outdoor fireplace or fire pit. This spacious home is truly a great place to enjoy time with your family and friends. The first floor kitchen, dinning room, and living room is the perfect way for the family to gather and stay connected and enjoy making memories. For those that want some quiet time, the basement offers another sitting area with couches, sleeper sofa, and TV to relax and watch a movie. Every bedroom has their own bathroom making your stay even less stressful - bedrooms on the first, second and basement floors to spread out people and provide privacy. All new appliances in the kitchen! Every family gets a secure and unique door code to provide the highest level of safety. We have been enjoying the Laurel Highlands all our life. We love this area regardless the season. There is always something to do outdoors no matter what your passion. Our work keeps us between PA and TX, so we have opened our home for others to enjoy when we are not here. Come and enjoy!
Why they chose this property
Alpine Heights is a very unique community of homes that provide peace, quiet, and amazing views of the mountain. Just across from the North Face entrance, you can't get any closer to the resort without being at the hotel.
What makes this property unique
Open concept makes it easy for families to enjoy their time together on the mountain. If you need some space, you have that too with the basement area. Every bedroom has their own bathroom for privacy.
