We had 3 generations staying in this beautiful townhouse. We had plenty of room & lots to do even though there wasn’t much snow on our 1st day. We would definitely recommend staying here! 5 stars for sure
The location was great in the Southwind development and was ski-in ski-out. The house was large, with 4 bedrooms and an additional room with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen was well equipped.
My family loved this weekend staying at Bob’s beautiful home Everyone had so much fun at the resort and being able to ski out from the home This will be a weekend they will always treasure
We had a great stay! Such a great location and with easy access to slopes and lift! Would definitely
We had such a great time! We left behind some things and Bob is sending them to us. He was very easy to reach out to chat and quick with help and suggestions. Highly recommend!
Good rental for adults and independent kids that are beginning to intermediate level for ski in ski out levels. Easy access to get in and out the village. House was clean and perfect! Thanks again!
The house was in great shape, with an amply stocked kitchen. The only downside was that the beds were pretty hard and squeaky.

The mattresses where replaced 3 years ago by COSTCO. I ordered firm as some guests preferred that model.
Should you return to 7 Springs next year, hopefully you can find a townhouse that will meet your requirements. You might ask the owner to describe age, model and condition of mattresses before renting.
This unit has a beautiful view and the location was great. My family and I had a wonderful time in the spacious condo. Several of the mattresses and kitchen items need updated.

Gretchen,
Gretchen,
Hope you can visit next year
Thanks

This house was perfect for our family. We have kids of all ages and the layout of the house gave our teenagers the privacy they love. We were able to ski right out the back door and the location made it easy for all of us to come back to the house when desired. Bob was great to communicate with and was timely with his response. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for the space and ease of hitting the slopes. Thanks Bob!
This was our third year at this property. We had a wonderful time , only issue was that there wasn’t much snow ( not the owners fault) Lol .Seven Springs resort has changed & I would say not for the better! No cash & must make reservations ahead for almost anything you want to do! We didn’t know that you should have reservations for lift tickets ahead so my grandchildren couldn’t go on the slopes until 3 pm!!! on Saturday, half day wasted! So make sure you do this ahead of time The owner of the condo is very easy to work with ! I would recommend this property .
A Christmas ski/snowboard trip was what our family wanted to do this year and Bob's place at Seven Springs did not disappoint! My husband is from the area (about 30 min) and we could've stayed with family and friends...however, seeing what Bob's property had to offer, was inviting and allowed my "adult" children to fully relax and have space of their own.
The condo is very spacious and adorably appointed with a great sense of comfort and luxury all in one. It truly is ski in & out, which we did every day and each at their own leisure. After the slopes closed and the biggest kids recapped their day at the Foggy Goggle, they easily took the shuttle (with the kindest driver at the resort)!
The gas fireplaces were the perfect touch to aid in the Christmas spirit and warm up, especially when we had some record-low (-8) temps! During that winter storm weather, Bob was great communicating with us, in the event we were unable to travel. He allowed for early check-in/out with great ease.
I really cannot express enough what a great stay we all had! It's so hard for our family of 6 to align schedules and this was truly the perfect trip and stay for the holidays!
We had a great stay at this lovely townhome with our family of 4 and another family of 5. The house was extremely convenient to the slopes and you could either ski out the back or walk a handful of houses down to the middle of a trail that was skiable for all levels .
The house was spread out well over 3 levels and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. it was very nice to have 4.5 bathrooms with 2 upstairs , a half bath on the main level, and 2 full bathrooms downstairs. . Both bedrooms had access to their own bath. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and plates.
There as a very nice view out the back of the unit and the garage was convenient . There were a lot it channels on the main TV and we got to see some classic movies with the family.
Sporting clays restaurant is close by and they had great ribs and food overall. Highland market was less then a 10 minute drive and great for anything you needed with high quality food. The hotel area has a wide range of fun things to do and we had so much fun skiing and going to the other places , we didn’t even make it to the hotel area , which is more crowded for sure. You feel like you are really in a peaceful area here but right on the slopes. There is a convenient shuttle that can take you to the resort as well if you so desired. My son did go tubing and he loved it.
The ski conditions were great and the slopes were very well lit at night as well. The high speed quad for 6 at the bottom of the hill was nice and you could take it back up to the top of the mountain and then just veer left and the walkway to the townhome was really close to where the lift was.
Thanks again for your a great stay from our wonderful host and we look forward to coming back and exploring more of sevin springs! Next time we will also try the snowmobiling and , sleigh rides !

Great Owner and Townhouse
We recently stayed at this Southwind Townhouse and by far this has been the easiest transaction with an owner, especially with the hoops we had to jump through last year to stay at another Southwind property I found on VRBO. All business done via email, everything functions with access to and fro as expected, no surprises, no issues, super clean and comfortable.
When you enter this property, you feel like your more of the guest in a friend's home than a renter. Main reason being the warm and relaxed feel of the place, perfect for the outdoor oriented complimented with all the conveniences of home. Upside is the fantastic views from the family room bay window, much better than last year.
We had a party of 5, all skiers, who closely watched the forecast leading up our departure from MD. Here we finally found a true ski-in and ski-out place to stay, but no snow to be found anywhere at Southwinds. I'm not blaming the owner for no snow, but at the same time don't understand when there's snow making equipment on the trail behind the townhouse, why there's not being snow made as was done on other numerous trails at the resort. For the record, this place is exactly as portrayed in the photos, open the back basement door from a well appointed ski mud room, and you're in business. Due to the lack of snow, we converted the garage as our mud room and had to take a short walk down to the end of the street to hit the main run of 7 Springs - not a tragedy, just a disappointment. With having to book these places so far in advance, it's a roll of the dice for snow!
OK, so why not a 5 star place. As the guy paying the bill I expected a better night sleep. When you enter the master suite you look at the bed and you will question if that's not a double instead of a queen. First night in I clunked my wife in the knee and we both tossed and turned both nights - she swore it was a double bed. Kids slept great with no complaints (lucky them!). I would have paid a little more to get a better night sleep, so would love to return to a king bed.
