We can't say enough about this wonderful property. It was spotless when we arrived and we were in the pool almost every day! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare for meals and guests. Used the grill once and my brother-in-law raved about how good it was. So many wonderful restaurants and Merrill's Seafood a few miles away was visited twice a week. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Me and three of my friends stayed a week in this beautiful home. This house was very clean upon checkin. The process is easy with check in and check outs. Everything is supplied to make it feel like you are at your own house. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The burrowing owls a few houses down was a daily site for us. I have nothing bad to say about this property. Would stay here again !!!

Great place

Loved my month at Villa Sabrina house very clean, and while not huge, the lanai made up for it… pool was wonderful… very clean, my fur babies loved the fenced in area ..very convenient to everything … Aldi, Publix, Walmart all very close.. house super equipped…loved all the dishes, extras, pool toys, beach stuff. Did not use kayaks or bikes as I have a bad hip, but loved that they were available. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Relaxing at Villa Sabrina

We had a super time in Cape Coral! Villa Sabrina is a stylish 3 bedroom house on a canal. We loved having our own pool. We loved looking at the burrowing owls down the street. We used the kayaks and enjoyed eating outside. We had some great side trips. An airboat trip, shelling on Sanibel, sunset dolphin cruise and horse back riding.

Beautiful Oasis

My husband, our small Havanese dog, and I stated at Villa Sabrina for the month of February. The house was spotless, with every room refreshed and beautiful. The pool was amazing, and was perfect for our daily swims during the heat wave in February. Every amenity had been taken care of for us: towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, paper products, laundry soaps, and even dog treats and water bowls. The neighborhood was great, very close to restaurants, grocery stores, yet quiet at night. We just loved this house.!

Week of July 4th 2022

This was the perfect home for our vacation/ hosting friends from out of state. Everything was exactly as expected and definitely up to par with cleaning standards. Beautiful pool, huge lanai, right on the canal, and pet friendly! Had a great fenced in yard to the side for dogs. The property has mango, papaya, coconut and we even found an avocado tree! We really enjoyed making adult drinks with all the fresh fruit and provided blender! I highly recommend😉 Property manager was on point with her communication and resolved any inquires immediately. We would definitely rent here again!!

Perfect Florida Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for a family getaway. Though it isn't a huge space, it is comfy and brings the family together. The private pool, kayaks & canal, bikes, and peaceful neighborhood were wonderful to enjoy and made days spent at the house entertaining. The house itself was very clean and well taken care of. It was stocked with many additional things we used as well. The management and communication with guests was incredibly satisfactory. We had some difficulty with the pool and a property manager was sent as soon as possible to help resolve the issue. There aren't enough words to describe how perfect this property was for our family. 100% recommend.

Loved the pool and fenced yard for my dog!!!

This is good place for vacationing. I would definitely come back because the overall experience was great. I loved the pool area! The pool has a good size. We grilled some steaks and hamburgers and did some fishing in the canal. The best was the fenced yard for my dog. My partner went for a bike ride. We did not use the kayaks because honestly we did not have the time. The house overall clean although I would recommend that they fumigate, we did have a few uninvited guests (roaches) roaming around the kitchen the first day. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the AC because it does not really keep the house at a cool temperature during the day. The temperature will not go lower than 80 degrees. It also took a long time to cool down for bedtime. We mentioned it to the property manager and she was very responsive and offered to have someone come over to check the AC. Since we were vacationing we spent most of our time outdoors and honestly we survived the AC issues because it will cool down eventually, just very slowly. Probably the house needs a bigger and/or newer AC. This place has good spots around for food, fishing as well publix nearby for groceries. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall we had a blast!

Location kind of out of the way but otherwise a fabulous villa.

Property was immaculate, nicely decorated, well heated pool, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and supplies. Lots of beach and pool toys and coolers. HUGE washers and driers, lots of tv's. The only sight issues were the garage light was out and some of the pool floaties were broken neither of which affected our stay. Hihghly reccomend this wonderful villa.

Comfortable, clean, well-stocked home in Cape Coral.

This home was perfect for our family and our dogs. Others mentioned it was a little small, but it was just right for four adults. It was extremely clean and well-stocked. The pool was beautifully maintained and warm! We appreciated the pool fence and the fenced in back yard for our dogs. We wished we could have stayed longer!

A Solid and Enjoyable Week

Our family of four (two teenage boys) stayed here for a full week. A really nice property as advertised. Kitchen well stocked with all the "stuff" needed to prepare food. Heated pool is great. Kayaks, bikes and all sorts of beach "stuff" (umbrella, chairs, etc) made our time at the beach extra enjoyable. Being on a canal allowed the kayaks to be used often. The only drawback was that the living area is a bit tight for the a family of four to stretch out and relax. There is a couch and loveseat, but if the family wants to "stretch out", relax and watch some TV or a movie, there really isn't room or furniture to that. That being said, we had a great time and look forward to coming back to Florida next year.

Family Get Away

The home was perfect for our family with great features. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was prefect . We loved the pool and the use of the kayaks at the end of a long day. Warm and cozy home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful. Close to everything. Would recommend this home to anyone. One thing that could be better it the trees to be trimmed in the back walking out to the water, and the flower in the front yard that will scratch your car. Other than that will most defiantly come back.

Great home

Everything was great. Pool was clean, nice to have the grill. My son and I enjoyed the kayaks out back and went fishing down the canals. House would warm up during the day. AC couldn’t keep house cool during the day.
