The large master bedroom has 2 queen beds, a private ½ bath and cable tv. There is another full bathroom within the condo for all your guests. Upstairs there is another private guest bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen/dining area, a living room with a full size sofa bed, cable tv and an ocean view terrace complete with patio furniture. Perfect for dining outside, enjoying your favorite beverage or just relaxing. These units will accommodate up to 4 adults very comfortably. The cleaning service is provided every other day, this fee is additional and is payable by the client upon arrival. There is a charge for preparing the room, the cleaning services in between and the check-out.

The kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, matching dishes and utensils for six persons. Each condo has marble floors, central air , an iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, towels and linens, beach towels, a safety deposit box and 2 televisions. We offer free wireless internet access. Everything you will need in your “home away from home!

Villas Marlin is a full time private ownership property with 24 hr. security controlled access for owners and guests of owners only. Here you will find a very peaceful and tranquil setting.
