Stylishly decorated and perched cliffside with lush valley views, this 1,989 sq. ft home in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore is a gem and offers the best of all worlds. Refinished hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a cultured decor throughout this split-level home promise a comfortable environment to unwind and enjoy this tropical paradise.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, walk-in closet and a large master en suite bath. The den located off the master offers a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom, and come with a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed (double and twin) in the other. Other features of the interior include a gourmet kitchen fit for feasts with a formal dining area seating up to 8 people and a spacious living area with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The exterior boasts a lanai with decks of new quartzite tile and chaise lounge chairs to take in the ocean breezes winding their way up the valley, along with a professionally landscaped yard and an abundance of island scenery. Available for your use, are two brand new inflatable SUPs which are perfect for cruising Hanalei Bay and river. Also, there are three bikes and multiple sets of snorkel gear, ideal for a quick 5 minute ride to snorkel at Hideaways Beach.

Conveniently located in the community of Princeville, location is ideal with two world-class golf courses, numerous beaches, the Princeville Shopping Center and the 1 Hotel all being less than a mile away. A short drive in either direction offers more beaches and North Shore wonderment and opens up a world of activities from surfing, diving, snorkeling, hiking or perusing Hanalei's charming shops and eateries just down the hill.

Hi everything was wonderful aside from the smell of sewage smell that creeped up around day three. The plumbing was fine and all the things were great! There was just a very strong smell throughout the house that got very bad towards the end.

Back to visit with the Ohana

We have local family and friends on the North and East side. Great location to stage various adventures from with far less hustle and bustle than the South side. The house is gorgeous and they have an amazing view from behind the house. Highly recommend the place

Lovely family home

This a beautiful property, so private and quiet. Very comfortable and met with all our needs. The owners are very generous is leaving, bikes, beach chairs, and gear for renters. This is a lovely central location, close to everything.

Terrific Renntal in PrinceVille Kauai

The property is located in a beautiful location in Princeville. The home was terrific and met all our needs for a few of five, with the grandparents also joining us. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Private location, lovely home could use a bit of TLC

Two years ago, our home in Hanaeli wasn't available so we decided to Princeville it for the first time in 35 years. Lovely home, plenty of room, and private. This being our second stay, we still had a lovely time but might be time the furnishings had a bit of going over to clean and refresh.

Amazing home in a great spot!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the location. There is a lot to do very close by. Bikes and beach toys in the garage were very helpful. We were sad to leave paradise.

Luxurious property

A beautiful property with a backyard that is a rainforest. Top quality kitchen and bedding. Paddleboards, bikes, beach chairs and snorkel equipment came in handy for our group. Easy access to Hanalei Bay and Ha'ena state park.

This place is nothing short of amazing

We stayed for a week and the house was amazing. The house is gorgeous and the scenery surrounding the house makes this place that much more stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! It is extremely well located with lots of options nearby. The host was extremely friendly and responsive as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to vacation here!

Amazing home!! The backyard is literally like a rainforest. Even though it rained half the time, the home was perfect to enjoy, even on those rainy days. Just a few things with the home - we were told there was a Keurig so we bought a bunch of Keurig pods but the water reservoir was moldy, so we couldn’t use it. When we asked the host if he could provide a replacement, there was no response. So we just bought ground coffee and used the coffee maker. The shelf in the cabinet next to the fridge is broken and held up by an appliance. We had problems logging on to the WiFi because the password printed on the router was incorrect. It is correct on their check in instructions - but that was just a little confusing. And lastly, some of the screen doors are not on their tracks making them difficult to open and close.Overall, we would recommend this location if you want to be on the north part of the island.

Oasis in Princeville

Privacy is this properties greatest asset, hot tub and multiple patios overlooking you own jungle and stream. We enjoyed it as a couple but can entertain much more. The beach toys and bikes were an added bonus to get your crew going to the beach without renting. All that Princeville and the north coast has to offer were easily accessed or stay and do nothing!

First time to Kauai

This was my family’s first time to Kauai and we couldn’t have picked a better rental property to stay at during our visit. The house was beautiful both inside and out. Plenty of space, extremely clean and only 10 minute drive into Hanalei town. We will definitely be back. Aloha!

Beautiful, relaxing place.

It’s just like in the pictures! So private, with luxury. We had a respite girls week and it was perfect! Great kitchen. Views are amazing….sunrise every morning from bed or the outdoor living space. The master bed and bath are set up to be in the nature of the back yard oasis. It’s an amazing place and did not disappoint!!

A beautiful, romantic house in Princeville

This property is beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable. You can tell that the owner cares about the home and that it has a real soul. While you could clearly sleep a few kids and another couple in the guest rooms, the main bedroom is clearly the star of the show and we felt like we had the perfect amount of space (for a luxury getaway). Princeville is clean and nice enough, but staying here you should expect to hop in the car and drive for food, the beaches, activities, etc. All in all, we felt it was a great value and a really special stay. Recommend to a friend.

Beautiful home, perfect locatation

My wife and I rented this home for a couple of weeks to share with our guests visiting from the mainland. The home was absolutely perfect, we could not have asked for better! The view from the back of the house was wonderful, the house itself was extremely comfortable and had a very warm, inviting feel about it. The management staff were wonderful, and very accommodating. The location was also perfect, Queens Bath was within easy walking distance. We also took the short drive up to Hanalei Town to paddle board and kayak. We would not hesitate to rent it again!
