Welcome to our mountain retreat~ Privately situated in the Mohonk Preserve!
Brand New AC SYSTEM throughout the house!
The space
Our house is situated on a private road, secluded between trees, overlooking the Coxing Kill and only five minutes walking distance from a free-range farm for you to pick up your fresh eggs from.

The House fully renovated, furnished huge deck, on a private road, surrounded by nature- our house is the perfect place to spend quality time with friends and family.

First floor is one huge semi-open space where the kitchen and dinning room are overlooking the living room, kitchen island with bar chairs, spacious kitchen to prepare you favourite meals, two stoves to assist you with cooking, and a large deck equipped with a barbecue grill and outdoor furniture.
First bedroom is located on the first floor with queen size room, as well as a full bathroom.

Second floor:
- Master bedroom and bath, brand-new king-size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, private patio.
- Kid's room has two single beds; wooden crib, and loft space with full size bed.
- Guest room with queen size bed.
Full bathroom is available for both rooms.

Third Floor:
Meditation room equipped with a sleeping sofa (queen size), spiritual books, yoga ball, yoga matts. The perfect space to mediate, read books, or use it as a private bedroom.

Our stay was absolutely great! Kosta, the owner was super easy to communicate with! We loved the layout of the house! The kitchen was well equipped, the dining room was beautiful, house was filled with natural plants which we loved and the hot tub was fun for the kids! Their room was also super cozy and nice ! Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus!

Absolutely amazing getaway with a group of friends. Location is so nice and secluded with wonderful access to local trails! Owners have a beautiful fire place set up with tons of firewood and starters. The grill was also amazing and super easy to use- providing us a great family dining style every night. The hot tub is amazing and very clean and the “homey-ness” of the house was exactly what we were looking for. The vibes of this location was absolutely to die for and I will definitely try to come back again and again. Could not recommend this house and these owners enough!!!
