Please note that garage parking is available for an additional $20 per day for reservations that are 1-7 nights and a fixed $150 for reservations more than 7 nights. Guests must register their vehicle every 24hrs to prevent towing. Parking is limited to one vehicle per reservation, and trucks are not allowed in the garage.

Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis, depending on size. **Advance notice is required** to avoid cancellation. A cleaning fee applies based on the length of stay:



* 1–4 nights: \$35 per night

* 5–29 nights: \$250 total

* 30+ nights: \$400 total



**🔒 Guest Verification**

To ensure safety and comply with legal requirements, **all guests must complete verification before check-in**. This may include:



* Valid government-issued photo ID

* Verified contact info

* Identity confirmation through a secure platform

* Background check, if necessary

**📝 Rental Agreement**

After booking, guests must sign a rental agreement and agree to:

* Submission of a valid ID

* Background check if requested

* Full verification to receive check-in info



Verification is required within **24 hours of booking** (or **1 hour** for same-day bookings). Failure to verify may result in cancellation.

* A **Minut device** in the unit tracks noise levels only (no audio recorded) for your safety and comfort



Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



Each booking includes a $75 Damage Protection Program that covers accidental damages up to $150.
